I have used them a few times and they work great. The handle fits my hand well and I like the rubbery grip. Switching from stationary, in or out, is simple. On the negative, there is a lot of play in the mechanism and the collar is plastic (see pic); which makes me question its longevity? If they were not made by Husky, with its simple return/warranty, I would probably give it 3 Stars.

Great value screwdriver set. The bits seem durable and the torx bits are for the sizes I typically use. The ratcheting works in fixed, clockwise, and counter clockwise mode. I was glad to see the fixed position. Sometime ratcheting can be annoying and being able to turn it off is critical. HUSKY GEAR DRIVE RATCHETING SCREWDRIVER SET (4-PIECE). These are pretty good they seem to feel a little cheap.It comes with two torx and two phillips screw drivers. A flat head would be nice. maybe they have a bigger kit that has more drivers. I wouldn't use them for anything heavy duty. The tips look as if they would strip easily and the ratcheting control seems rather flimsy. Feels like it would strip or break if I were to use it to loosen a really tight screw. I may be wrong. I tried the phillips on a screw that was pretty tight and it worked good. The handle is comfortable. Only time will tell. I would recommend for light duty jobs.

This set of screwdrivers is a sweet deal! I really appreciate that it includes two Torx bits, a T-15 and a T-20. Most of my "new" constructrion includes these types of screws and it is really handy to have a ratcheting screwdriver for those times when my screw gun driver will not fit. The ratcheting process is easy to change from tightening to loosening and the handle fits my hand well. The only thing I found problematic, and it is way down the priority list, is that the transition to the flat spots on the handle, to prevent the driver from rolling, are too smooth and really doesn't prevent it from rolling. But overall, these are a great set!

Okay, I guess. Fun, once you get used to them. The set comes with four screwdrivers -- two with star tips and two Phillips. I like star screws, but wondered why they were included here. All the screwdrivers felt good in my hand. They have thick, well-padded, rubber handles. I had a hard time learning how to shift from tightening to loosening... oh and there is a lock feature in case you want to use them like screwdrivers. Go figure... but like I said, fun after you learn what's what. I felt the ratchet-choosing mechanism was a bit loose. And someone said that they had magnetic tips, but to me there was little magnetic effect if any.

Nice larger than normal handles which help with leverage. The rubberized coating helps with your grip. Comes with a "no questions asked" warranty. Three position: screw in, screw out and lock in position. Has a long thin shaft to get into tight places. Ratcheting mechanism seems sturdy. They have magnetic tips but they seem very weak.

Honestly the fact that they sont still sell thesez makes me loae faith in both home depot and husky someone in managment needs to be fired over this peoduct not still being on the shelf

The Phillips work well! Just wish those Torx ones were slotted instead.

Handy tool to have. Speeds up screw installation and removal over the traditional way, and reduces fatigue on your hand. It needs to be offered in other types!

The magnetic coating seems to be wearing after a few weeks, but doing good so far.

The #1 Philips broke the the sencondtime I used it. The twist part unscrewed and the gears and springs fell out. I need to take it in and exchange it

I have only used the larger of the Torx and Philips head drivers a few times, (in several weeks since purchase) and the Phillips seems to have broken after the first (light) use. The ratcheting function no longer works. After switching it back and forth a few times it may work in loosten only, or then tighten only, but switching between the two options during the same project is nearly impossible. Quality of the ratcheting control seemed quite flimsy at first use, I expect all of the remaining drivers to follow suit in failure after some use. When stuck in the tighten position, they work as normal drivers ...but I already had those.

I bought these screwdrivers for less than $5 on sale.So far, they have performed well. Great deal on a sturdy set of screwdrivers.

These have been great. Work well and switch between forward and backward action easily.

So far they've done exactly what they're supposed to. Don't know how durable these will be over the long run but they feel like they should be able to take the wear and tear.
