Very Happy with this purchase!! The material quality is very heavy duty. We unboxed and assembled it all in one afternoon.

Fully assembled, included drawer pads, seems to be well-built, well packaged

Cabinets are definitely heavy duty, easy to put together and I would buy again. I would have given 5 stars, but the two lockers came in damaged. One was very slight, the other want dented pretty bad but was in the back side. The total weight is over 600 pounds and if they are damaged, you have to return them too the store and reorder, which is not convenient at all. I elected to keep them and fix the damage on the back myself versus packing them back up. You cannot see the damage until all the packing is removed.

Heavy duty with plenty of storage, sturdy and great options for door storage.

I spent about $ 3,500 on a set up for my garage. It took over 4 months to get them and when they arrived they were damaged and missing the legs so the installers could not finish putting them together. So we waited another 6 weeks with the garage in disarray to get the installers back to finish when the legs came in. And now back to the damage, the installers have submitted pics of the damage as we did also. But we are told that some manager who they will not give us his name or number needs to review the damaged cabinet pics to either get new ones or a discount. So now we are 8 months into when we ordered these things and still dealing with this nonsense. I will never do business with Home depot again. This whole ordeal is from a Home depot installation out of Vegas.

My units came in without a scratch or dent. The packaging is very well thought out. My delivery was pleasant and trouble free. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Quality of the cabinets seems to be good for the price. . . Note I did purchase on sale and feel like I got a good value. My only negative comment is that the tall cabinets only come with 2 shelves + the bottom which seems like less than ideal use of the 81” tall space.

Everything is great about this Husky garage storage, great quality and finish. The only thing I wish they had available is the casters for it, apparently they are on back order and have been for a while. Other than this, I would recommend this this storage unit.

Drawers are not full extension slides:( Pick up at store was a nightmare. Staff was rude and store manager had an attitude that made me wish I had not bought them.

Top was cracked first drawer dented. Couldn’t open the remaining 4 drawers and Husky provides no technical service

The overall build is great, as are the finishes. It is a very sturdy cabinet, which lends itself to be used as an extra workbench. However, one of the rails arrived broken. It was a minor thing, the soft close has a broken peg, so it would not soft close. Normally, I would just not bother, but since a different item in the order arrived badly broken, I was already calling Husky, so I also mentioned this broken rail. Customer service was effective, and the SMS interaction made everything way smoother (no issues with bad audio or incompatible accents). However the rail was not a standard piece (e.g. no individual SKU listed on the manual), so this took a bit longer for Husky to figure out what to do. Eventually they shipped a new rail. I would have been happy about that, except the hardware to mount the rail to the cabinet is some thermally deformed plastic head on a metal spike, like a 2 material rivet. I maybe could take them out, but I don't have a good way of attaching the new rail, specially as the back faces of the hardware are not accessible (if designing for rivets, there's no need to have them accessible, so I don't blame Husky for that). All in all, I now have an extra rail, and a broken attached rail, and the item is not broken enough to try to figure this one out. Not yet anyway... The 5 stars are because the item arrived only slightly broken, and honestly, this is a 4.9 star item as I received it. I'm very impressed with Husky customer service, as it was effective, fast, and human; no stone-walling with "system won't accept it" nonsense.
