Worked great for two weeks. One day the tank went empty and the fill water light came on. So I turned it off and refilled it as directed. The fill water light stayed on and it never worked again. I loved it until it stopped working. Too disappointed to exchange it so I returned it and ordered a different ice machine.

this Igloo ice maker makes ice so fast that it'hard to keep it bagged I like the 3 size ice cubes feature. I've had the machine a month.I would recomend this product to anyone who needs an ice maker

It's doing its job nicely. It's somewhat on the noisy side, but not bad. To my knowledge it does not have an alarm to tell you that it needs water or that the ice bucket is full. I've had the device now for about 2 months. It replaces an earlier one, that had no warranty. This Igloo has a great manufacturer's warranty and I added on 2 years through Home Depot. I'm satisfied.

Worth every penny, runs at our home every day, and some days all day, very similar to our previous Majic Chef. Ice maker received very fast.

We purchased the Igloo ice maker cause we have a lot of parties & always run out of ice. Mind you we live in Miami so the heat doesn't help. This last party was the first time we didn't run out of ice thanks to the Igloo. We filled up bags for 1 week prior to the party & had more than enough ice. I highly recommend this product.. I just love it.

It was a defect. Add water light stayed on and would not make ice. Called in 2 times and they told me how to reset maker and what to do to get it working right. Didn't ever start working right so decided to send it back

I read the other reviews before I bought it and am very happy with this product. I am tired of ice makers in the refrigerator going out and costing over $300 to replace. We use the refrigerated water from the fridge to make ice since it is filtered and already cold. I use it twice a week and put the ice in Ziploc freezer bags for storage in our freezer. It is fast and efficient and I plan on buying my daughter one for her house.

Excellent. Needed it for creating ice and it fits the bill. Price is great too!!

We just redid our basement and have been entertaining more and it really comes in handy. It's makes ice cubes every 6 or so minutes and it's very easy to use. Also, it doesn't take up a lot of space.

The first one quit working after 3 months. The Igloo customer service is horrible!Home Depot made it right. So far this one is working like a champ.

Produces lots of ice very quickly and the machine is quite. Very pleased with ice maker.

Nice Ice maker for just a few weeks in operation I do like it's quiet operation compared to the AI210 model that finally bit the dust after 10 years that unit was very noisy from day one. This unit does have a smaller reservoir that you need to check fairly often to add water and especially the ice compartment it doesn't take long to activate the high level probe. So far for the price ( Less than $125.00) it is a good unit. This unit is made in Canada where as most of the others on other store and Web sites are made in China so I'm hoping this will last a few years if not I'll just recycle it and buy another unit. If you want quiet this one is.

This ice machine is the best product ever. Don't know how I lived without it.

This ice maker was the perfect choice for our home in FL. It's a great way to make ice near the pool. It certainly beats leaving a water trail in the house, just to periodically go in for more ice. Additionally, it will be very useful on the boat. Having this model available in stainless steel was a no-brainer for Florida.

More than kept up with our ice needs, we were even able to bag the extra ice. Used during the holiday period with multiple guests and we had plenty of ice! Can't wait to take it on camping trips!

Bought this March of this year, 9 months later it died. Warranty company wants me to mail it back, at my own cost ($115) and send an international money order for $7. That's the cost to just buy a new one and and not have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to send a new one!!

Loved it and will get another, get spoiled and really can't live without,unless we buy bagged ice. But it stopped working at 15 months and nobody can lead me to a repair place. So I guess I just need to recycle and get another. Not happy about that.

The ice maker was much larger and heavier that I expected. You will need a considerable amount of counter space. Pay attention to the dimensions.

Ordered this product from the website and had it shipped to my house. I plugged it in and it never got cold even after left plugged in for 24 hours, had to take it back to the store. I will be ordering a different brand

Makes ice like promised. We run it for 24 hours to make up enough ice for the week (we bag it and put in the deep freeze).

We bought a counter/table top icemaker. It is used in a small office and it works great. There are 6 of us in the office and there's always plenty of ice!!

Works great but the ice cubes are soft. It woks best to put them in a freezer for awhile to make them harder

great little ice maker was making ice in under 8 mins right out of the box comes with its own little scoop too! its really quite too ! does make a little noise when the ice comes out into the tray.

Wasn't sure how it was going to work for us but turned out to be great. We love it

Water resivour cracked due to a faulty switch exactly 1 day after warranty was out. 9-18-15 to 9-19-16. The motor that turns the resivour kept turning because the switch did not stop the motor therefor splitting the resivour and making all of the water leak back out into the water box. Bottom line cheap Chinese junk!

Great idea and worked very well until it didn't. Cheap gears broke down after less than 2 months of use. Look for better quality and spend a little more.

Works great! Never-ending ice making. Bought to stock up with ice ahead of time for my husbands retirement party. Bought plastic ice bags and starting filling my deep freeze so I didn't have to buy ice at the store. Saved a lot of money even after the cost of the machine! Definitely a great thing to have.
