I was hoping it would have done better so far not so good it doesn't say in the description I maybe get maybe 10 pounds of ice and that's it

The machine is great. The only complaint I have, the container is too small.

It was great for a couple of weeks and then it started saying add water when it had plenty. It would work again after turning it off and back on. After another week it would not make any ice always saying add water. While troubleshooting I found info about this exact problem

It made 2 bunches of ice and stoped and would not make any more.

This portable ice maker works great!! We bought it for my office and it also looks great . It makes ice quickly, it’s quiet and easy to use. I love that the ice cubes do not stick together. Very happy with this purchase!!!

Tried everything to get it to work and no ice. Will not buy igloo again after this or any product made from China as I’m tired of all the cheap quality. Will choose all other manufacturers from now on.

This is my second Igloo ice maker. My first one lasted almost 4 years. Which we used all the time. If this one lasts for that long, I'll be happy.

I have had this ice maker for about a month. It makes ice quickly, however, clear lid does not a seal on it so the ice melts if it's not used. Sometimes the ice maker's "Add Water" light comes on when there is plenty of water in the tank. Beside these issues, it's a great little ice maker for the money.

Good option for us since our freezer isn't making enough ice for us. I like that it's small enough to use when needed and makes a good amount of ice. One full tank of water takes a few hours. The one downfall so far is the ice comes down pretty wet and tends to clump together when put in the freezer. It sounds silly, but I pat them with a kitchen towel before transferring into the freezer. Overall, good purchase.
