Good for me
I used this 1x12 pine to finish up a beehive project. Of the three boards I received, one of them was slightly warped. Granted, I would never buy any boards sight unseen for a visually important project, so the warped board only bothered me a little. The warped board also has a pretty bad edge to it.
With woodworking it really comes down to what your needs are. These worked for me. As they say in the industry, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

The vendor sent me cheap and smaller dimension lumber without any explanation. Home Depot was great getting a return arranged and UPS picked it up. Still waiting for my reorder to arrive. Hope it is right. This nearly cost me this project. The customer is not happy.
