Purchased and professionally installed in July, 2023. Received courtesy call from customer service rep Don in Oct. 2023. He answered our questions and sent us a complimentary replacement sediment filter. Very pleasant and helpful. We purchased without physically viewing the unit as no outlets in our area had one in stock. The online description and related comments proved accurate. Unit was well packaged and installation instructions clear. A+

This is a very good filter. It effectively eliminated sulfur odor and reduced iron levels. The machine head developed a Crack, but Nick had the replacement at my door in less than a week. Highly recommended.

My system was a few years old when one of the housings had formed a crack and started leaking water in the garage. i talked to Nick at ISPRINGS and without any hesitation he had sent me out 3 new housings under warranty. very satisfied with how my problem was handled. thanks again to nick. also, the service was so good i will be purchasing a new a new water purifier for under the kitchen sink.

Our ISpring whole house osmosis system is wonderful! It gives us peace of mind that our pipes and appliances won't be compromised due to our well water. The best part about this company is there above and beyond customer service. Each time we've needed help with filters or had questions, our rep Nick was there to help. Excellent company and product. Highly recommend!

Only thing is the pressure loss with this system. Pressure loss through out the house is more than expected

Solid build, easy setup with the rest of the system I installed. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

The installation is fairly easy and good product. The only negative is that the pressure was reduced everywhere in house and outside. I removed filters to make sure they were installed correct but still have the same issue. Pressure is reduced but livable

Absolutely no reduction in iron. I put this in after my KINITICO 3 tank system. Wasted $480. $50, in PVC pipe and half a days work. DID ABSOLUTLY NOTHING FOR MY IRON PROBEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU HAVE IRON IN YOUR WELL WATER.

First time drinking tap water since1990. Make sure you lubricate o-rings with Danco silicone grease. Use the expensive Teflon tape. We have cleaner shower doors, faucets (inside and outside), laundry, dishes and sinks. Side note , flush water heater and all lines after install. Also clean aerators and shower heads.

I have had this product for several years. The water tastes great, it works exceptionally and customer supportis excellent! Michele with Ispring answered my questions and delivered replacements part quickly.

Filter system doing a great job with our well water except still getting sulpherish smell in the hot water. Trying to introduce hydrogen peroxide into the hot water tank to kill the smell but can’t get the blue canister off. Obviously (now) it was tightened too much (by the plumber who installed it) but the wrench to get it off isn’t substantial enough. Nevertheless, overall really happy with the system.

Had this system installed in April 2023, shortly after we noticed our toilets were getting a yellow-ish stain in the bowl within 2-3 days after the toilet is cleaned, with very little use of the toilet, never had this happen before we installed the system, it also now has a strange smell. I would not purchase it again.

A local plumber helped me with some materials and guided me through the process. Before the install our water had a different taste and smell to it with a bit merky color. After the install, you can notice the difference immediately. The water felt fresh almost like if im bathing in a river. Wow! My wife also loves it and she said her hair is so soft now. My daughter loves her pool now. It's a must for all houses. If I was a builder I would install one in every home.

The first 2 weeks great, then bad. I contacted I-spring and talked with Nick, he helped out and assisted me with a new filter set as the ones I received were possibly bad. Nick was very concerned and spent extra time on the phone with me covering all. Hats off to Nick. Looking forward to the new filter set and will keep all posted. Its just my wife and I in a 3/2 house. The ppm on the iron is .32 to .37. The ph is 6.8 thru 7.1 as it varies. Have had the water professionally tested as a friend works at a lab at Valero. Michael-

This ISPRING 3-Stage Whole House System is a great value for sediment, rust, calcium, and other contaminants it removes. This system is very helpful for faucets, shower heads, toilets, and coffee pots, for the amount of contaminants it removes. I have city water and this system filters out contaminants so that the water is drinkable and usable right out of the tap and before it gets to your appliances! Michele, at ISPRINGS, was helpful getting me the correct filters for my water conditions.

Easy to install, and worked exactly as promoted. We were unable to tell the difference between the Poland Springs water we were used to getting and water from our iSpring filtration system! We are very pleased.

This house system is phenomenal! Our well water has never been cleaner, we live in area that has high iron and calcium, we would get orange staining over time, we haven’t noticed any orange buildup anymore whatsoever, it did not interfere with any water pressure either! Highly recommend this whole house filter system

I had many questions about which water filtration system was best for me. I spoke with Shawn and he took the time to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I feel so much better about my purchase after speaking with him. I will write a follow-up after my system has been installed.

I must have looked at over a dozen products and companies who could address the toxic heavy metals and arsenic that were in my public well water. I sent Michelle at iSpring a copy of my test results and she effectively and quickly configured the best system for my need. Now my whole house has clean water for laundry and bathings and the drinking and kitchen water, which has a final stage filter on it is 99% pure. Great product, great value, great service!

I have four water systems through iSpring and I would purchase from them again without hesitation. I have contacted them numerous times for help and their customer service is phenomenal. Well, it doesn't help with sulfur smell

Excellent filtration system, improved the smell & taste, no more bad water smells, and even the shower water is much better on our hair. No more mineral deposits buildup on the shower heads either. So happy we don’t have to buy bottled water anymore.

Works well for my water. The first stage spin down filter can filter out a lot of sediments. And the auto flush feature helps a lot. The following filtration can help remove other contaminants and prevent scales. Our water condition become a lot better after using the system.

I researched whole house filters quite a bit before buying this iSpring model. This is the one you want for city water. The iSpring customer service was SUPER helpful before and after the purchase — shout out to Nick for his patient and expert advice! I also bought the 6 stage reverse osmosis filter and ice maker adapter kit… enjoying the best water we’ve ever had!

System was east to install. Was surprised it didn’t operate as expected at first. I called customer service, and thanks to Nick, found out one of the filters was restricted. He sent me out more filters and the system couldn’t be working better. Thanks Nick!
