I would like to express my satisfaction not only for this product but also for the most excellent customer service I recently received. My unit is several years old and have enjoyed it's performance immensely however I recently experienced a failure on a couple components on it at no fault of iSprings faulty components or workmanship. This is the 3rd reverse osmosis water purifier I have owned and by far the best made. The metal cage is heavy duty as well as the pump and all of the plastic filter housings. It is easy to install (if you have some plumbing experience and knowledge of how water routes through one of these systems). I was able to install this myself with only one issue that was quickly remedied by calling the help line. Nick was able to trouble shoot accurately within seconds of describing my problem and the system has worked great ever since. I love it because it requires no tank. We haven't bought bottled water in over a month since installing this unit!

We bought this system 1 year ago and it has worked flawlessly. Our well water had higher than desired arsenic levels so we always bought bottled water from the store in 5 gal jugs. The cost was increasing and it was a constant chore to carry a 50lb bottle of water and set it up evey few days. The ispring system has completely eliminated the need for bottled water. We have plumbed this with a storage tank to the main kitchen sink cold water. We also installed the wsp-100 sediment filter to catch the fines. This also works vey well. The washing machine used to have plugged screens every three to four weeks, now it never plugs.

I bought this unit due to space requirements and am pretty pleased with my purchase. Installations was easy but the system only comes with a short section of water line so I had to go purchase more. I also had to purchase new fittings for the supply line. Pros: -filters all bad taste out -removes particles from water -needs no tank -easy install -pre assembled so you just need to bolt it on a wall or stand it under your counter Cons: -pump unit is very weak and will require an additional delivery pump to provide faster drinking water flow -cannot be more than 15 feet away from the drinking water tap -pump is noisy when active

These units are great. The water is as expected, WAY better than my municipal water. The unit was pretty easy to hook up. I have had a couple of minor issues and their support, especially Nick, was amazing. It is clear they want happy customers and not just to get you off of the line.

I purchased this tankless water system because we did not like using a tank system. The typical 4 or 5 gallon system was not big enough for the amount of water we went though, as it would take too long for the tank to refill. We did not have the room for a bigger tank. This tankless system solved this issue. At first we had trouble setting it up, but their customer service rep (Michele) was able to help us out. The water pressure is great and we never run out of water. The water taste great – no chemical taste to it. Recently the clear housing for the first filter ended up cracking due to our high water pressure. I contacted the company and Michele was super helpful. She immediately sent a replacement housing and a pressure regulator. Michele provided fantastic customer service and made sure everything was working properly. I would recommend this brand if you’re looking for a water system as their product and customer service (Michele) are fantastic.

I have 3 of these RO systems and they perform extremely well! I use them for pressure washing and love the quality of water they produce! Allowing me to be able to wash something without having to get the towel out right away! Nick over at ISPRING is amazing with any support questions to diagnostics on the system he is very knowledgeable on the products they sell! I will continue to be an ISPRING customer for many years! After flushing the system per instructions, I tested the output of the RCS5T by filling 2 one gallons bottles. It took less than 3 minutes. That equates to 480 GPD; far exceeding my 250 guess! Better yet, the TDS was a low 35 PPM even with my terrible water of 843 PPM. Yes! My water is terrible, and varies from 626 to 869 PPM. I did my homework and this is why I bought an I spring system. BTW: Their service is great.

We installed the RCS5T 500 system 3 years ago and it has repaid itself in avoiding bottled water. Also it was getting tiresome carrying 50lb 10 gallon jugs of water up and down 2 flights of stairs We have a well that had high mineral content and exceeded the arsenic minimum levels. This system corrected all these issues. When it was time to replace the RO cartridge Nick from iSpring support helped us quickly. It is unusual to connect with a knowledgable person and not just be referred to the internet for support. This is an excellent company to work with.

Overall I like the product and It was easy to install. When i contacted customer service, Nick was friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend

I have been using this RO system for over three years now. The TDS levels on the output consistently stay under 5 ppm. You gotta turn it on and let it flush for about 30 seconds to let the TDS go down to under 5. I recently called Ispring for help and spoke to Nick in customer service . He really knows the system all the way through. I needed parts and he sent them out the same day. This is an awesome RO system. The components that they use are high quality, When you learn how the system works it is easy to correct any problems. Using RO water is great for my coffee maker , I have never descaled because there is no scale inside of it. If i was to complain about something...I would like to see it have a manual RO filter flush kit build into it. Nick told me that it flushes automatically. He must me correct because the TDS levels are always around 5 or under.. martin in san diego

I've had an iSpring 500GPD for over 2 years and it works flawlessly. Easy to replace filters and plenty of capacity for my family. iSpring's customer service is also top notch. I recently had difficulty finding a replacement for the original style membrane my unit uses so I contacted Nick in customer service to discuss options. Nick said the best option was to send me updated components so I could start using the new style membrane and extend the life of my unit. That's great service.

This is the second unit what I have. After three years I was ready to change the RO membrane. Purchased the filter set for two years. Upon receiving the filter set I realized that the RO membrane configuration has been changed, it would not fit in my RO housing. Shopping for the old style membrane I decided to buy the new unit. After four month of use it was hard to get 0 reading at the tap so I changed the RO membrane from the filter kit. Followed the instruction and drained the water for about 20 minutes before connected the tube to the RO membrane. still I had to drain about a gallon/gallon and a half to get 0 reading. Called the costumer service , talking to Nick about my problem he pointed out the problem at the RO membrane. Sending my proof of purchase and in no time the replacement membrane was on the way.

The unit is not installed yet since I have other projects that will require the water from this unit that I have to engineer. BTW, get a TDS meter from Ispring. The chemical test kit claimed I had 800+ ppm of calcium, however the TDS reading from the well reads 788. House tap water was 861 after filters and water softener. However, 626 ppm after the prefilter system which includes a 4.5x20 5 micron filter and an Iron/manganese filter from I-spring. See part 3

If the unit maintains a 90% rejection rate then, I should be close to 62 ppm or lower. (Ideal is below 50ppm). In comparison, the city water in North bay California where I am working is 146ppm. Important, there are many variables that affect daily output of RO systems. The major ones are TDS, Water temperature, and water pressure. Since all my variables are not ideal, I do not expect to achieve 500 GPD. However, if I get 250 GPD or more, I'll be happy. Thanks for reading.

This is the 4th system that I have worked with. Overall it's the best overall RO system. Their customer service was impressive. I worked with a gentlemen named Nick. He explained the process and completely facilitated the purchase of replacement filters. High recommendation.

We use this system for on-demand RO water instead of more expensive and unnecessary DI water for our lab work and it works great. Customer service at iSpring Water Systems is also excellent, especially Michele!

I explained my water needs to Nick at ISpring (the manufacturer) and he recomened this system. I wanted a 20 Gallon per hour unit that would install in my motorhome easly. When my RCS5T 500 GPD RO system arrived It was a dream to install and it out performs my expections!!!! Super Unit. Make sure you talk to Nick at ISpring!!! He is VERY knolegeable!!!!!!!

We bought this system used it for a few months and putting it in a storage as we were selling our house. Long story short I bought a house, got the system installed in the new house, but it was not working. Called Ispring spoke to Sean he was very helpful helped to diagnose the problem, but at the end the system just wasn’t working.Sean shipped me a new unit and even sent me the tracking number. He was very responsive, replied to all questions. What a great customer service. Thank you Sean!

I bought one for our small office(5 people). The water flow is stable and can satisfy our water usage well. It works well and taste good.

The system works really great. The portable design helps a lot. And most importantly, the water taste really great.

I've have other RO systems before with a tank. This unit works well and the water tastes great as expected. The one complaint I have is that it takes about 30 seconds to get going every time it is used. This is very annoying when trying to fill up a glass of water. Even if it was just used, it starts over every time. But when using a lot of it it's great because it doesn't drain the tank and run out. I wish there was some kind of hybrid system with a tank and the endless component.

I bought the machine last year before construction was completed. Well during finishing the filter was knocked off the wall and broke on the concrete floor. Nick from their customer service department seen my purchase was in date and was prompt at sending me what I needed. The filter gets my well water to 0ppm and produces more than enough every day.
