The lock is no good. When it is locked, the cat goes outside anyway. Very poor design. I have to block the cat door to keep the cat inside. Will replace it as soon as they give me my money back.

Quick and easy. Just cut the hole to the cardboard template and assemble with 4 screws. Done!

Clearview. so easy to install. I have a 20 pound dog that can use it. I bought two of them and installed them both for front and backyard access.

It was easy to put in, it makes a squeaky noise when my dogs and cat gos in and out. It sticks open and the lock doesn’t really work.

Easy to install. Really easy for me since it was replacing same product I bought 15 years ago. The flap had cracked and was punching dogs as they went through. Even though it’s a cat flap, I have very small dogs. The house came with a large dog door that was too high for my dachshunds. The cat flap was the only one that would fit under it. Looks nice and I think they’ve improved the design of the lock.

Hopefully this one will last 10 years like the first one

Easy to understand direction. We installed the dog in a solid wood exterior dog. We had no issues and it works perfect.

Second cat door purchased. Happy with it. Needs occasional cleaning.

This is a good size for bigger cats. This could also work for small dogs such as a Chihuahua. The frame is plastic and not necessarily as heavy duty as I would like but serviceable. The door is a heavy plastic that is good quality. I like the fact that it can be locked. I didn't realize that was a feature at the time I bought it. It was easy enough to install but I have done it before. I would have liked to have a template included as there is a cut out required for the lock at the bottom that I had to adjust for but it was an easy adjustment.

Easy to install and easy to figure out changing locking directions if needed. Don't use on a door that you don't want to be able to see through.

Easy to install on interior bedroom door. Works well for 10-12 lb cat.

the door itself is fine so far, however the screws that came with it do not fit into the frame "receptacles". I had to go get size 8 instead of the 10 that came with it. frustrating.

Our 3rd one in 15 years. Love them.
