WRONG PRODUCT DESCRIPTION on Home DEPOT online
I would recommend this product , but not purchasing through Home Depot. The product received was too tall. This door was suppose to be for a 60 x 80 install. The distributor sent a 84 ". We contacted the distributor and it was confirmed that the product number was incorrect on the Home Depot website. Contractor had to cut door for the install. Door weighed near 100 #s and was not able to be sent back after the error was noticed. DOOR is great . Ordering not so much.

I am sorry to see that you rated the product as a 1 as this does not really tell the other consumers about the quality of the product only that you had a bad experience.
