Door was not 80 inches tall Very short at least 3inches short Had to make several adjustments

Needed a contractor to install because instructions were not very clear. Instructions should be very precise on where brackets should go on saddle. Measurements were not specific enough.

The closet use easy to put up and is very pretty - customer service was very good as well

Impressive product, looks great, really SOLID, and relatively easy to install! But ... For the 102" door, manufacturer ships the saddle and top rail in two pieces (they claim it's a shipping restriction). No matter how carefully you align the top rail, there's always some clicking when the center door's roller traverses the joint in the rails. I've had other products (up to 12 feet long) shipped with no problem; it would be a big improvement if the manufacturer could ship a one-piece 102" top rail and saddle, even if it's a separate package. Other reviewers have said that there was a large gap at top and/or bottom. I had to re-frame an existing opening to accommodate this product, and the resulting opening was EXACTLY 102" x 80". When the door was installed, there was NO significant gap, neither top nor bottom. In fact, one of the 3 doors was quite a snug fit. I don't know what the other reviewers actual door size was, but mine fit perfectly. Product took about 4 weeks to arrive from date of online order. Evidently, this product is made on demand. This is not a complaint, but if you're plan on next-day shipping, you might not be quite as satisfied. All-in-all, a super product ... highly recommended.

These doors are solid and I have every expectation they will last a long time. I took off a star for the install. First, they don't emphasize enough how heavy these doors are. Like, 150 lb for the set. I'm 6', 200 lb, and reasonably strong. I installed them by myself and muscling the doors around was a real chore. Plan to have someone with some muscle to help with the install. Second, both the instructions and the video say that double bifold doors like these will come packaged as two separate doors, with separate top and bottom pieces spanning half the width of your opening. I received long pieces that span the entire opening. That's not bad, it ensures the bottom hinge points will be spaced just the right distance apart. But it's unsettling that the instructions are so inaccurate about something pretty important. Leaves you wondering what else might have changed. If you want the doors centered in your opening the bottom piece is key. The top mounting points for hinges are adjustable back and forth, the bottom is not. If the bottom piece is not centered you're out of luck, and it's not immediately apparent from the instructions. I'm OCD enough that I got a good result but it might have been otherwise. Third, there's a little gadget that mounts on the wall on each side to keep the doors from warping. They weren't included in my shipment. I called customer service and got voicemail cuz it was after hours on the east coast so I left a message with my address. Didn't get a call back but a couple days later they turned up in the mail. So that's good, but at this price point, better would be to get everything the first time. By the way, the picture of these double bifold doors is wrong. It shows the handles mounted on the right side door of each bifold. It ought to be the right side door of the right bifold, and the left side door of the left bifold. Just sayin'. I've had these doors for a month now and they're great. I recommend them. Just be prepared for the install and think about things rather than blindly expect the instructions to give you everything you need..

This is a SOLID door! I am glad I paid to have it installed. The contractor had to make moldings for the top and bottom of the door because apparently my opening was a little to large for this door. Now, though, it looks great!

The mirrors is beautiful and I love it but it is not 48 inches it is 47 inches We are going to have to buy a xtra pieces of wood to cover for that inch that is short

I’m waiting to install when I have my handyman come for other projects but I am happy with the door

Doors are VERY solid and their operate smoothly. Looks great. Installation is straightforward. Cons: As others have stated and as stated in the specs, they are short. When installed in an 80” opening, there's a wide gap at the bottom. I spaced down the header track by 1”.

Not the bi-fold doors that I remember wanting to smash! Nice looking, smooth gliding, nice and heavy. If you open them too far, they will stick a bit, but that's to be expected. Meet my expectations. Pretty pricey though.

Excellent quality. Easy to install. Delivery took for ever. Instructions showed parts that were not shipped. After talking to CDM they said part was not required and would not be shown on future installs.

One door is wonderful, the other has the mirrors in the two panels a bit off so an image in the mirror is cut in half and distorted. They, however, fit the space and look nice.
