Impact Plus 36 in. x 84 in. Beveled Edge Mirror Solid Core MDF Interior Closet Bi-Fold (2-panel) Door with White Trim was purchased based on the promo video of the mirror being repeatedly hit with a hammer. However, when in my home, something accidentally hit the beveled edge which shattered into several tiny fragments about 2 inches round. Later unluckily something else accidentally thumped that 3mm mirror and the 2-inch shatter grew a semi-circular crack with a 9-inch radius. Unfortunately and inconceivably, a non-beveled mirror is not offered. The polished option is the beveled edge mirror ground down! Custom Door And Mirror (paniflex.com) directed me to a local Home Depot store for a special order panel replacement for this so-called Impact Plus. It might have been 5-star without the weak beveled edge (3mm at the rim instead of 1mm) in spite of the thumps. Home Depot's 2-star rating is titled "Fair". I gave a star for the door's initial good looks and another star for initial quick delivery.

This unit is sturdy and attractive. I installed it by myself so it is manageable for one person. Some of the instructions were a bit vague, i.e the plastic door aligners. Still don't know what to do with them but the doors work fine as is.

Handyman installed the door. Did not like the appearance of the bottom of the door, So had a board installed and also stained. Door is heavy and does not run on a track. All in all pretty satisfied.

The door was easy to install according to the contractor. It was placed in an existing door opening. It looks good, but there are a few issues. 1) There is a 2 inch gap on the bottom between the mirror and saddle and 2) the saddle provided was not 36 inches long to match mirror door width. Overall I am happy with this bifold door but future installers would get better results with slightly reduced casing which matches the mirror height better. Missing saddle will be filled in with a 1/2 inch of wood and I hope it does NOT leave an unsightly seam. It's only 24 hours since door was hung and I have to wait to see how the door holds up over time.

I just finished installing the 60 x 80 in. Impact Plus by-fold doors. These are by far the sturdiest by-folds I've ever seen. They are heavy and therefore you will need some help but it is worth the trouble. They move freely and align perfectly with each other when closed. I would recommend these to anyone. As a little side note. During the installation I dropped one half of the door onto the other half, with the exception of my heart, everything was fine. No marks, not chips, no cracked mirrors.

This is beautiful installed in my bedroom and I love it. Makes the room looks a lot bigger and it adds a contemporary touch to the room. The carpenter says it was easy to intall and it's very good quality.

Doors were ordered online and shipped to home. Arrived when scheduled and the packaging for across the country shipping was very well done. A couple of minor problems: the trim on the tops and bottoms of the doors are of very thin plastic angle, and subject to breaking very easily - - extruded aluminum angle would be a much better solution; The oak sill split when attaching the bottom pivot plate - - need to make sure to drill pilot holes for the screws; A couple of the hardware items were missing, but the vendor was very receptive and shipped them right away. When installation was completed, the doors look great and operate nicely. However, you need to be a very handy person to properly make minor corrections/changes in order to get them installed in a satisfactorily manner. It took approximately 2 additional hours of work to circumvent the myriad of minor problems. If you are not extraordinarily handy, I would not recommend attempting trying to install them yourself.

Quality of product is fine but service is poor. They shipped 4, +100lbs doors (each) without any hardware to hang them. It took Home Depot 2 days to contact the manufacturer and then took the manufacture another week to ship the hardware. Then they ship hardware for just ONE DOOR! More phone calls and 17 days later we have all the hardware. We offered to pay to have it sent overnight and were told "they are not set up for that". No, we would not order product from this company again.

Very heavy-duty mirrors! Only complaint was the cheap metal handles that were provided. Other than that a quality product.

Excellent quality and the company provides great support via email. They sent me a missing part in 2 days. Installed and looks perfect. Rock solid. I had to put some WD40 on the top hinge. They open and close with one finger and are absolutely silent. Definitely recommend.

Special ordered this door. Took about a month to get. The quality of this door is really good. The only problem is you better have two strong men to carry and install it. It felt like 200lbs. I'm not joking. I installed by myself and it's to heavy for one guy. Who would a thought it. Looks great works smooth. Just to heavy.

This door was heavier then we expected but it fits great and looks really good.

The hardware was for a 24” door, which is what I ordered. The door was 30”. I had to return it and am still waiting for a door….

Absolutely Beautiful. Very well made. Instructions were easy to follow. We had never hung a door prior to this and we were successful with these directions. Would positively recommend this door to anyone.

Well built. Was missing a part and the manufacture took care of it with no issues. Recommend using online instructions in Youtuube.paper instructions are poor and hard to read do text size.

I could not be happier than I am with this product. The doors are solid and open and close quietly. I especially like the fact that this door does not have a runner on the floor. ( I replaced a builder quality door that rattled and the rail collected dirt constantly) I also like the fact that the mirrors are unbreakable. If ther were anything I would change, I would ask for handles with better finished edges and choices of finish.

Also bought 102 in doors. Doors are nice but we had the same problem with handles. One was good but the other one was scraped up and look like it was made from a scrap piece of aluminum

The doors were nice. The problem was the handles were made of beat up, scraped up pieces of metal. One handle was nice and new. The other two were old or made of acrap pieces

I am a DIYer. Great product. I bought 2 for the guest bedroom. Great customer service, tech support and instructions all great. The doors are heavy. I like heavy. I was able to install without a helper. TIP: don’t forget to lock height adjustment Step 14. And use all of the door aligners.

Excellent product. Arrived on time and was easy to install. Beautiful beveled glass panels adds so much to our bathroom.
