I really love these doors, they enhanced my hallway. It made it look much bigger . But, its maybe a year old and the mirror got shattered when a hanger got stuck in it - the first time it happened i was very upset and thought its my fault but now it happened to the Second side and I don’t feel such an expensive door should be made so cheaply I’d really love to get a new mirror or something to replace this I wish someone can contact me or at least give me a number where I can call thank you Im adding pictures so you can see what happened

Great doors. Sturdy and look great. My only complaint----they emit a nasty odor (have had them up for 4 days so far), which I'm pretty sure is from offgassing. Since they weigh 80 lbs. each, I'm guessing perhaps the backing behind the mirror might contain something like heavy particle board (such material emits formaldehyde vapors). Just leaving my windows open as much as possible, and waiting for the odor to go away. Other than that, as I said----great doors.

Looks horrible. The actual panels are only 76 3/4. It looks like we bought a door that is 2 inches short and is compared to what was removed. The handles is also very cheap and only has 1 screw in the middle so immediately it is wobbly. Extremely disappointed. Don’t buy this product!

The product is very beautiful when it is up. The right hand door is hard to open. It has only been up maybe 2 weeks. I'm hoping with use it will get easier to open.

The door is too heavy and poorly made. When trying to install, a slight loss of balance due to the weight, and the lower hinge blew out of the particle board it was screwed into. Both doors were dropped as it came apart and both shattered.

Ordered this custom size for my Fla condo after speaking with the manufacturer customer service to double check the exact dimensions necessary for installation. This order arrived for store pickup in a week. This product is heavy and well built. Very impressed and was easy to install, although you may need a helper due to its weight. Product and customer service well above average.

Special order web only. One of the panels had a cracked mirror on it. The vendor does not send replacement parts so I had to return it and buy it again. Since there is a chance the next one could be damaged, I am waiting for the second set to arrive before returning the broken part. Yes I had to pay for the second one too but will be getting back the money for one of the orders. The door is basically made of glued together saw dust so the quality is average. It is also very heavy. Be very careful to not strip out the threads installing the pivot parts on the door panels. It actually comes as 2 separate 2 foot doors and a third box with the 4 foot track and floor piece. That leaves the 2 foot tracks as useless material. You also get twice the hardware because the 4 foot track also comes with it. Easy to install and does look pretty good. I just had to downgrade it for my inconvenience of this stupid process of getting a replacement door. Be sure to unwrap it at the store and inspect it before taking it home.

Other than the doors being heavy when carrying up to the second floor installation went well and the final product looks wonderful. The folding doors were critical for the organizer with the drawers in the middle of the closet.

Short shipped, no instructions for this system and wrong parts. If there was a rating of less than 1 star it would certainly qualify

Very pleased with the look & function of the doors. Installation was difficult because of the weight of the floor to ceiling doors. It took two good size men to wrangle the doors up & into the opening. The securing methods, a sliding block on top & a metal cup attached to an oak floor plate worked pretty efficiently. My only other quality complaints were the short shipment of 3 critical hardware items. One part, the top pivot pin required us to halt the installation while I drove (2 hr+m round trip) to the manufacturing facility to pick up a replacement. The door couldn't be installed without that pin. Other than that, these are beautiful doors, well worth the cost. I recommend them.

I bought this door from Home Depot online. A company called Custom Door and Mirror manufactures and ships the products for Home Depot online. They adjusted the size of the door for me at no extra charge to fit an unusual doorway size. I had done my homework on bi-fold mirrored doors and I can say that this product far surpassed anything else I looked at. Solid, well made, quality item. Custom Door and Mirror took an active interest in making sure I was fully satisfied with the product. I had the door installed by a local carpenter who found it easy and quick to install, hence minimizing my hourly installation expense.
