I love them, theyre very beautiful. Unfortunately 1 out of the 4 panels had a crack in the lower corner of it. So i had to order a new set of doors to replace the 1 panel and send the broken panel back with the second set of doors. If i didnt have to go through all of that trouble it would be a 5 star rating.

I searched for 2 years for door replacements - these were the best option. I placed them over my Washer and dryer closet and they deadened the sound from a loud roar to a dull hum. Yes, they are expensive - but you get what you pay for. They are very heavy but that's because they are solid MDF board material - this is why they are more sound proof, durable and breakage resistant. They are breakage resistant, but not unbreakable (LOL) - I unfortunately dropped all 4 panel out of the back of a truck - only one was broken. I called the manufacturer and they immediately worked out a solution for me and the broken panel was replaced for about $125. The manufacturer was also helpful in discussing the installation of the doors and the website has other installation hardware if you want to purchase it; however, it is not needed. They look fantastic when they are all adjusted properly and installed right - which did take a lot of time because you will have to adjust them several times to get it just right. The complaints that there are gaps are because the person didn't take the time to install them right - or had a lazy installer that didn't take the time to do it right. I have two suggestions - Measure twice and cut once, and if you want it done right, do it yourself - then you only have yourself to blame. I didn't want the oak saddle at the bottom, so I elected to drop the header of the door about 5/8 inch and use cove trim to make it all blend and look seamless (all common stock wood at the store). I mounted the metal base plates (that the door panel bottom hardware pivot on) directly to the floor so I didn't have to use the saddle that would cover my hardwood floors. In the end, I ended up with a 1 inch gap at the bottom (which allows for carpet to be placed under the doors easily), I have a 1/4 to 3/8 inch gap between the top of the door and the header track (which cannot be avoided with bifold doors). The pictures attached explain the rest... My ONLY COMPLAINT and suggestion to the company - the header track is made of scratchable aluminum. It came with small scratches in the header and they cant be buffed out (or it dulls the mirror finish) - The company should have placed a plastic cover over the trim that can be removed at the end of installation or make the track out of chrome. To keep from further scratching the face of the track, I placed painters tape on it until I finished the install and then removed it. (I may contact the company about this still to see if they will replace but haven't yet). I installed 7 closets ranging in sizes from 6 panels to one panel. After a month of use I noticed that the Rollar Bracket is not staying in track and the doors stay open. The Rollar bracket design is not working. At this price level I expect a higher level of design. Wife is unhappy….

Door looks nice. It's very heavy which requires a wood track at the bottom. There is about a 2" gap at the bottom of the door which looks a little odd, plus my door had about a 3/4" nick out of it. It's on the inside so it doesn't show, but still you would not expect that when you pay $170 for the door and $130 for installation.

These doors look great on my guest bedroom closet. Slides nice and smoothly.

These are the best bi-fold doors I have ever used. They operate smoothly and easily. The mirrors are stunning. The installation was easy after we watched the video, but beware these doors are heavy. It took two people to safely install these. I will look for these next time I need a bifold door for sure.

The doors themselves are working fine and look good. Installation was done by our own contractors, and they deserve a lot of credit, probably, for the functioning of the folding and sliding.

I would have given this a five star rating if it hadn't cost $200 more for white trim instead of chrome.

I didn’t realize how nice this product would be. Very well built and operates nicely. I have a few improvements for the installation instructions. In addition, I framed the opening for 10’ 1/4” trying to target the middle of the spec. However, I am now left with a 1inch gap on one side. So the specified opening size was not accurate enough, but everything still fit ok. All in all, a great product, but improvement can be made to the instructions.
