I switched from insinkerator to Moan. I did not need this product… the old hose and parts fit fine

One of these was used at the original installation of our dishwasher. After two months, the rubber at the second reducer level developed a split and sprayed all over the inside of the cabinet. Bought this as a replacement, but was able to connect the dishwasher hose directly to the nipple on the disposal. Thought it better to have one less thing to go wrong. Holding onto the kit I bought, just in case.
