This product should have a higher rating. For those complaining about having to slip the flange over the flared end of this discharge tube: this flange has a slightly larger hole than the one that comes with the disposal. This is so you can gently force the flange over the lip of the tube. I'm sixty years old with arthritis in both hands, and I didn't have any trouble.
And, yes, there are no instructions, but common sense tells me the grey washer goes inside the tube and the black washer goes over the lip and sits below the flange.
I was expecting this to be a pain in the neck, but it made the job so easy. I didn't have a disposal before, so the discharge tube didn't line up with the existing plumbing. It was about an inch high. I was able to curve this tube, line it up, and tighten it down in just a couple of minutes.
I used this to install an Insinkerator Badger disposal.
