Though it would be more stiffer than the old one. But it is sealed.

The gasket installed and worked as expected, replacing an old one. It's just really annoying that this only seems to be available as a combo pack of a part I need, and one i have no use for.

The gasket fit good and is easily installed. I do not like the fact that it is paired with an additional gasket that does not fit my disposal. Seems a waste to have to throw a good gasket away

Sorry but an average consumer (meaning not a plumber or plumbing contractor) isn't an expert in rating a garbage disposal. It does its job and lasts as long as they say it should.

The garbage disposal is in and operating great. Have used inSink in several of other properties I havr owned. A quality product.

Worked as expected. Water drains a little slow when disposal not running.

bought them but haven't installed them yet, seem to be of quality material, will see how long they will last, the originals laster 20 years.

Came with two sizes, fit perfectly. No issues at all.

This was the first time I replaced this. While it wasn't difficult, the package instructions aren't adequate and the InSinkerator site had nothing. I found good guidance on YouTube. Now that it is installed, we love it because the old one fell completely apart and that's not good. (I only got this gasket because a leak developed at the sink seal (required taking it apart, and removing from the sink, then cleaning off old plumbers putty, and re-doing the putty and reinstalling. After removing the old mounting gasket to take it to Home Depot to locate a replacement, I came back home and got disoriented as to where the new mounting gasket goes and how it goes on. It's my fault, but the pkg info is what I said. 5-stars because the new gasket is great.
