New Compressor
I ordered this to replace a 40 year old compressor. Home Depot has the best price on this compressor.
They were over 200$ less than ant other price I could find on the internet. I t arrived at the store in a few days and the store personnel loaded it on my trailer. Installation was easy, just remember you need to buy oil. Runs great, fairly quiet, and builds pressure fast. I am very pleased with both the service and price from Home Depot and the compressor from Ingersol Rand. I would recommend both.

A big improvement in recovery time over my old 5 hp IR and quieter then I expected & isn't heating up near as fast or much with the V twin .. so far I'm liking it alot ! this one is heavy so call your big boy friends when your ready to move it

The compressor itself I believe is a very good compressor, and will do everything I need. However, overall experience from the time I ordered it, until it finally powered on, was less than desirable. It was somehow lost, or delayed in shipping for over a week. Once it arrived in my home town, it took yet another third party to deliver it to my shop, another week to arrange. Once unpackaged, wired up, and filled with compressor oil, I flipped the power button on and nothing happened. Another week to finally locate and find a service rep, and arrange a service call. Tech found 2 fuses in the starter box were blown. Once replaced, it seems to be running just fine.
