One disclaimer: I have had mixed experience with this timer. When it works, it is great. However, after about two years or so the timer seems to hang up and the clock doesn't advance. Be sure to buy the extended warrantee on the timer if you buy it for your swimming pool. The 120 volt version, however, works very well for such things as front porch lights or Christmas lights.

The home we purchased has two water heaters. That means a lot of "standby losses." So when we had to replace the heaters, i purchased these devices to allow us to turn the heaters off during the night. Also, if we go on vacation, we can easily turn off the heaters for the duration of our trip. It is good for the environment and will save money. Previously, I had purchased one of these Intermetic units for use outdoors with a lighting system. Even though used outside for over 10 years, it has been trouble free.

Great replacement T100 guts for your pool timer. Easy swap out - careful with connections. Caution the case is for indoor use only, however timer pops out and easily pops in your existing exterior timer box.

Went through 3 replacements from Home Depot before buying another timer from another location

Easy ordering and pick up online, to make sure they had it in stock and pulled on off the shelf for me. I called Intermatic prior to ordering. Bob was SO helpful! He's the one that said to go to Home Depot! He told me exactly what I needed. After reading reviews, I found it best and easier to remove the casing it came it and just install the guts. Pretty easy considering I'm not an electrician! I'm Very happy and got my water heater running same day. Plus saved a ton of money doing it myself!

I bought, then installed this particular timer at a very good customer's home. It works perfectly. Kinda pricey though.

brand new out of the box and the timer doesnt work. none of the gears where spinning. keep your receipt.

Received a factory sealed time clock, clock motor quit working after one day of operation. HD promptly refunded my money, but that doesn't make up for the two hours of lost time. Intermatic used to make product that lasted for years, not so much anymore.

We bought three . And one could not work. We take back to Home Depot .

Exactly whatI wanted. It worked great

just not up to par!---knock outs hard to remove, wiring guard doesn't fit correctly , included mounting screws not sized correctly, plus other irregularities and overpriced for what it is!

This is my third replacement in five years. Small motor at rear of clock has a very short life span.

We used it on a 3hp submersible pump and seems to do the job.

Easy install - well made

Easy to install but unbelievably loud. Don’t install it inside if you can avoid it. It saved about $20 a month in power, so it will pay for itself.

Easy to install, hopefully it will last another 15 years like the original one did.

so far so good. using these to save on my electric bill, using them on 2 water heaters. dont know how much this will save per month but turning off the water heaters during the night. so far they have kept time and run correctly.
