Installation on our Toto tank was quite easy. However, the handle does not stay flush with the side of the tank when I flush. The lever does work, though, so I consider it a minor problem. However, those who demand perfection may be troubled by this issue.

The square nut built into handle that fits into tank is too loose of a fit and over short periods of time you have to re adjust because the travel in the arm is not enough to flush toilet.NOT A TRUE FIT FOR ELJER TOILETS.

after I cut it to length, it fit well. but...
after I cut it to length, it fit well. but every time we flushed the toilet the nut loosene. So I went to pluming supply place and for a similar price found one that worked much better.

Unfortunately, the model we provided is for Eljer toilets and is NOT designed to be shortened or cut as this will affect the Pitch and Throw of the Arm - thus changing the Flushing pattern.... and the resulting problems that you had.... In future, should you ever have any issues with HAG Products, the team is here for customers on line always and we'd have advised how to resolve this.
