The are not high quality. The latch is a flimsy plastic and the open and close is sticky.

Window didnt fit space intended

These are better windows than the 2500 series windows so why are you removing them from stores?Why do you send central area windows to northern areas? No one from Home Depot seems to want to answer questions. These windows seem good I am sure there are better but not in this price range.

Great product

We have purchased several Jeld Wen products from Home Depot over the past 2 years. Custom orders took almost a year to complete and had numerous problems with incomplete shipments, lack of communication, products not being finished - even with ordering several of the same windows - they were inconsistent. Now, we purchased a few more windows with the understanding that things have changed. Unfortunately not - we bought a small window and during installation, the inside framing broke. Jeld Wen products have consistently let us down and we are no longer purchasing from them. Jeld Wen - time to step up and improve your products and customer service!

Window was extremely hard to open I even opted for this more quality of the two they had in stock I had to choose through six windows they had in stock , finally I just had to choose the best of the six , not very happy with this window , however installation was as easy as any other window .

Bought two for my small tool shed.

Fit well. A big improvement over the single pane I replaced. The old one had lots of condensation on cold days and nights.. The glass and frame would be covered. This one has a little bit but only a few drops. Best window in the house now.

Quality window, zero installation problems. Like the easy slide open and window locking mechanism.

Packaging protects the window well when hauling the job site. Operates and looks great.

Good contractor grade window

Purchased window, painted the outside frame to match the rest of my windows. When I went to clean window after it was installed there was black flakey stuck inside the glass pains.

Based on the stats on the packaging this window is not rated star efficience for our region.

Good window for the price

Perfect fit in my 35.5" square opening. Had to trim the fin which was supper easy. I really like the lock on close feature about this window.
