We waited 7 weeks for the special order. Understandable in these times I suppose. However, the wrong window both in size and appearance was shipped. I've called the 800-466-3337 online Customer Support number twice now and have held over 25 minutes to no avail. I'm not concerned with the return, I'm concerned because it is now going to take another 6-8 weeks to get a replacement.

The window is fair at best in construction. Had caulk all over the pane. The nail fin was snapped off on one side. I didn’t need it but if I did it would have been worthless. For taking as long as it did to get it I would have thought it would have been in a little better shape.

One of the 4 windows is broken (internal mechanism separated from window). All windows were without any plastic or protective coating and have bangs and bends on the frames/flanging. Photos taken. One will have to be returned and the others will hopefully work. Very disappointed in the shape these windows are in. An elderly employee rolled them out to us and when I asked why they didn’t have anything separating them from one another, besides a wet piece of cardboard, she just shrugged.
