The door hinges didn't match up to existing but our experienced carpenter took care of it for us.

Door was top quality but appears shelf was an after thought. Stuck on with what appears like double sided tape. Very poor quality. Would not buy again.

Great door! I love having light come into hallway. HD has the 31” mini-blind to fit over the glass, which lets me control the light.

Just what we wanted. Curb appeal and solid with R-Value. I didn’t find instructions nor extra long Stainless screws but I got that. Very well crated for shipment. Received in excellent condition. Installed with a fancy Schlage door handle, wing style handle on inside and thumb outside latch, no twisty knob. Also, Kevo dead bolt (keys are barbaric) which creates the Tri-Fecta of performance products for a front door.

The door is good except the shelf is missing called your costumer service they were very helpful but still waiting on shelf from manufacturer

My neighbor got it before me. It’s not a bargain after all the work she had to pay and it looks bad. Now I can cancel my order and no one will answer the phone in the doors and windows department to help.

Bought two doors, one had shelf detached, one had shelf missing. Luckily client was ok with no shelf

We love our new door , It was the finishing piece on our home project. We did wait have to wait two months for it to be delivered, a whole month longer than the Jeld Wen Slider we ordered at the same time. That doesn't seem very efficient for shipping.

I LOVE the look of this beautiful door. The men who installed it for me were impressed with the quality and how perfectly it fit. My original door was all glass and I was uncomfortable with the visibility from the street. I wanted to retain some light but not have my whole life on display. This door offers me the beauty and the security I need. And the little shelf on the outside gives that special touch that makes me smile. Most people around me have solid doors so this one stands out. I've seen lots of people looking at it so maybe others will upgrade their doors as well.

The door was missing parts. It took several emails & photos for them to commit to order the parts.

Aesthetically, this is a nice door and meets our expectations in all ways of quality and construction except for the shelf. That’s the main reason we purchased it and also a significant cost add-on to the door (vs. the cost without it). As others have mentioned, it’s not securely attached and we’ll have to do some work on our own to secure it. Other than that, it looks great and will be a real energy upgrade to our 1929 rock and stucco bungalow.

Door took 8 weeks to come in. Then paint chipped off door one week after installation

I was also missing the shelf that is pictured. Home Depot said to contact the seller so i am waiting for a reply. The door was installed and seems to be ok, but not happy about missing the shelf.
