Came in good physical condition, however the door itself was not cut square from the manufacturer...
Came in good physical condition, however the door itself was not cut square from the manufacturer. I had to take the door off the hinges and square it up before it would install properly.

I bought two doors and installing the first went fine until I opened the door and all of the scre...
I bought two doors and installing the first went fine until I opened the door and all of the screws on the hinges into the frame were stripped out. This is because the frame is a very cheap MDF that will not hold a screw. I am returning the other door. I had to putt bolts with washers and nuts on the other side to get the door hinges to hold on to the frame. This is the worst I have ever seen. Other than the hinge screw problem created by the low grade frame the door is fine.

Works well, a tad bit sloppy assembling the jamb at the factory. A little tweaking with a hammer & block of wood and couple extra nails to adjust the stop mold and it’s good to go. Not bad for the money

I was apprehensive to purchase this door due to other reviews but proceeded and was very pleased I did so. This door was simple to install and for my first time installing a door from a rough opening, after watching some YouTube videos on how to doso, and everything ended up level and plumb.

The frame was warped and did not fit square. Had to take this pre-hung door frame apart to get it to fit/hang right. Should have just built my own frame and hung the door- would have saved time and money. This "pre-hung" door is a waste of money.
