Declined quality
Purchased 7 of these doors for our extension to match the doors we purchased 5 years earlier... quality is not as good. We needed custom double doors and the mechanism to stop the swinging is installed crooked so we will need to replace it... does not keep the doors closed.

I like the solid door, it is a strong door...
I like the solid door, it is a strong door that will hopefully last my lifetime. I like the fact that it does not come with the molding on the sides. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had to order this door and it took 2 months to get it.

I purchased a pre-painted (white) door at a SIGNIFICANT up-charge...
I purchased a pre-painted (white) door at a SIGNIFICANT up-charge in price. The door itself was pre-painted (white) but the door frame was not. The quality of pre-painting is mediocre. I now have to either find matching paint for the frame or repaint the entire door and frame to ensure they match.

Nice doors
This was a great purchase and great door. We did the black finish which was a great quality finish.
We purchased one door as a test for new construction and we will be purchasing for the entire home.
My only complaint is we didn’t receive any touch up paint which you will need after you hang to touch up the finish nail holes. Still waiting on Home Depot to get me a paint code so I can touch up and order the 28 remaining doors.

Nice sturdy doors that look great. Only issue I had...
Nice sturdy doors that look great. Only issue I had was the door jambs were smudged up with light black fingerprints when I unwrapped them. Which made me have to use all the touch up paint to fix. Not to mention labor price to do it.

It’s just your basic fake wood door. Seems more like cardboard if you chip it. Took over six weeks to get delivered. Of course, it was a speciality size.

JUNK PACKAGING AND PAINT QUALITY
I ordered 7 of these doors in multiple sizes. The paint quality of the door is junk it looks like a three-year-old painted it, I don't understand why the factory would paint over so many imperfections in a Finished door. And the packaging is absolutely ridiculous
