Please do not buy this product. After installation of the doorknob, the paint flaked off and showed how poor the finish is on this product. Underneath the cheap coating is a bright white plastic. This door will not last long, before it looks like garbage. FYI I know the doorknob looks like it's peeling but I transferred my old doorknob to the new door until I purchased new hardware.

Door bubbles from the heat from sunlight, no storm door is installed. Came with two different size hinges The bottom was different than the two upper and reached out further than the other two causing the door not to be plum and distorting in the frame. The ID Width was also diffirent from top (Jam) to bottom (Aluminium threshold) by more almost an 1/8" . I did send pics and they offered me a refund ( and keep the door) or a replacement. I

Beautiful door, fits perfectly in our 1860 farmhouse. Well built, good finish, color is great. Best thing is it did not cost an arm and a leg! Plus, it came in a month before the estimate date.

Beautiful door and great quality. I will say that the color is definitely not orange like the photo suggests. It's much lighter like a straw yellow color. It took us a day or so to adjust to it, but we still like it. We used our own contractor to install it.

Door looks great when installed. But within 6 months the exterior color changed from green (Juniper) to gray. Being a pre-stained fiberglass door, not sure this can be modified to last. The painted trim wood peeled within the first 6 months as well and already needs to be repainted using better paint products. Expected longer last for the price of these doors.

This door is GORGEOUS! I had it professionally installed so I can't speak to ease of installation but it is definitely beautiful.

I absolutely love this door! It is pretty dark, though - I was expecting more "cherry" and less "black." However, I could only order it with the Brickmould included, which I'm sure was pricey, but it is ugly and doesn't even look right with the dark door. There should be an option to order with or without.

The door in the picture is a Direct Glazed glass door without a frame. If you order this door, the glass will come with a 1994 raised panel style glass retaining frame that sticks out almost an inch. The door online looks very sharp with clean lines. The door you get looks like a mixup of 2020 and 1994. Jeld-Wen knows of this issue and has acknowledged there is no way to get the door pictured through HD or any of their independent retailers. It is false advertising as far as I am concerned. Jeld-Wen has a SKU for this door, but again, HD nor any of their other suppliers can actually produce the door.

I got this door in the Juniper color. It is definitely darker than the picture, but it is still so pretty and elegant. I would recommend this door. Very good quality.

Love the look of this door. It seems to be a quality front door. The Home Depot installers Did an excellent job. I felt installation was expensive, but they did do an excellent job.

We had a 20yr old builders grade that needed to go. So we saw this on the website and went to the store to purchase since we needed installation. The HD door salesman was great and went over all options but we decided on this door. The installer(Otis) was the best part. he removed the storm door, trim and old door with frame. There was ZERO damage to the trim and he installed it very well. The door closes perfectly and the insulation is much better than the last. Great overall experience with product, sales, and installation.

Call Home Depot immediately to have them contact JELD-WEN for touch up paint. You will have to pay over $11 for a little touch up paint if you ask for it after 14 days from purchase. The door we purchased had paint spots missing around the window on the door.

I never bought a door on line , but thankfully it was beautiful & we received many compliments.

Very attractive finish and workmanship

I did have the door professionally installed since I wouldn't even know where to start. Took them about 3 hours for installation. The door is just beautiful. Color is light and just as expected.

The door itself is attractive and easy to install. The denim color is wonderful. Unfortunately, I am uncertain if the quality will withstand the conditions for which I have purchased. The fiberglass panels seem flimsy. I purchased two doors for my Alaska cabin which gets a fair amount of snow, wind, and rain. I only installed one door and feel I will need to put a screen door in also. My recommendation is to research thoroughly before you purchase. I should have done better with research.
