The assembly was rather easy recommend you read and follow step by step. Only step that appears out of sequence was the bench top. It should get installed before the two front side heater panels. With side panels installed you cannot install the bench top. One screw had threads stripped. Company is supposed to mail. I have been waiting two weeks and it has not arrived. Overall the sauna works well for heating. Takes about 10 minutes to reach noticeable heat. It good for home use. A couple things lacking; no current inside temperature reading, though it reads on manual it is supposed to. Stereo speakers have below to average sound quality. Overall I recommend the sauna.

I remodeled my girlfriends basement this year for Christmas and bought the JNH lifestyles 3 person infant red sauna to put in the yoga room. I got the flooring from homedepot as well. Life Proof 100 year warranty buckhorn grey oak luxury vynal planks are shown in this photo. Both are highly recommended for their easy instructions and durability.

After years of working out in our family room, we decided to have a dedicated workout room built in our basement. Adding a sauna seemed like a logical decision to aid in our training. After reading hundreds of reviews on various saunas, we opted for the JNH Lifestyles Joyous 3 Person. It was the perfect choice and just what we had hoped. Delivery was just over a week, but we live on the other side of the country. Installation took about an hour and was able to be completed by my wife and I. After the suggested cleaning and seasoning, we have been able to enjoy the sauna on a regular basis, post workout. We've already made several recommendations to neighbors and coworkers.

Love it. Didnt realize the chromolight wasnt included but other than that it was easy to put together and we use it everyday.

Assembly was fairly easy. I recommend having 2 people.

This review is for the sauna NOT "Backrests" as in the nickname. I was unable to change it. Sauna arrived on a double pallet and packing was fantastic. However, unpacking probably took an hour. Assemply was estimated to be an hour, better plan two hours and have two strong people to move the walls. It snaps together fairly well, but ensure sections are perfectly aligned before engaging the "snaps". Bluetooth sound had no instructioins. I got it to work, but all functions are not operative. Perhaps due to the lack of instructions.

Great place to hot box. Easy assembly.

I love it, except, it did not come with an Owner's Manual. I'm trying to find the correct one online. Also, the battery for the Bluetooth remote was dead. I have to take the time to get a new one. Hoping it is just the battery that is wrong and not the whole remote.

Assembly was quick and easy. Instructions was helpful but could use a little more verbage.

What I expected for the price the woods kind of thin got to be easy with it

We are loving the Joyous 3 person. It has been used almost daily. I have boys in athletics and it’s become an everyday thing after practice. I love that I can just sit back and relax in warmth for 30 minutes. Well worth it and super easy to put together. Paying attention ahead of time to reviews let me be prepared for the outlet. We had an electrician come in and set up a dedicated amp for 75.00. I also spoke to customer service prior to purchasing, along with two other times with questions, and they are super helpful, take their time, and very friendly! You won’t be disappointed!

Very easy to put together laxs workmanship

This was an excellent purchase. It was so easy and fast to put together. I've had it for about 9 months and I use it all the time, it works fantastic and it looks great too. There are times I wish it would get warmer, but I usually go in there already sweating from a workout and it works great for that. I highly recommend this product. I love the speakers, I hooked a bluetooth device up to them and now can listen to music or watch video from my phone or tablet cord free. Quality product.

Easy to assemble, great sauna!

First, it does what it's supposed to do, and assembly was easy. That said,..... I understand this is not a commercial grade sauna, but the packaging was so bad (heaters sandwiched between wall panels with zero protection) that a small block that was behind a heater was broken off, there was a dent in the top of it, and a small ding in the bottom. One of the top vents doesn't open, it isn't square, and the whole thing feels rather "cheap". I'd buy a better model if I had it to do over again.

So far, the sauna has met our expectations.

Great value for the money. Was easy to assemble, did it myself in two hours. Would be much easier with two people however.

Easy to assemble

Outstanding unit! It's ease of assembly is brilliant and does take 2 people no more than 2 hours. It heats up in 15-20 minutes and produces the necessary temperature for sweating, like a traditional rock sauna. I put it at 135 degree and I start to sweat after about 20 minutes. The radient heat works great for isolating specific muscle areas.

Assembly took longer than most reviews I read took. Some elements of construction could be a little more robust. Control panel works properly but the temp display does not. Not happy with the way it was shipped. Pallet was still wrapped but in poor condition. I was afraid there was going to be major damage. There was not. Only some large scratches. Nothing appears to have been broken, but the entire framework seams to be a little twisted. It does heat up nice and feels good. Quality of sound system is very poor. I am sure many people have great experiences with this product I happen to be one of the few that didn't. I would still recommend this product to others.

Well after waiting 5 days after the delivery date and almost an hour and a half arguing with Home Depot at the store I finally got my product it is okay I think it should be a little bit hotter

It is awesome! Highly recommend! Perfect size for 2 adults to sit comfortably or for 1 to stretch legs out across.

Very nice i love it easy to put together

Disappointed in the quality Wood was thin and less solid than expected. A buckle fell off during assembly. Assembly wasn’t difficult , heater connections were simple enough. Doesn’t get as warm as I thought it would, takes a while to work up a sweat. Probably what I should expect at this price point

JNL was a pain to deal with and threatened to send my purchase back several times because their delivery service would not answer the phone when I would call to set up a time for delivery. The sauna works ok but I would suggest that you check out other places before purchasing.

This sauna was easy to assemble but has not been used. When it came time to plug it in, my husband realized that we needed a 120v/20amps outlet. Our home was built in 2001. The only plug in available is in a storage room in the basement. Very frustrating.
