Light weight, holds the charge, easy read out lcd, efficient. Used 17% charge per night to power a portable CPAP machine (without heating element). Smart design. Great to have near for temporary power in case of a power outage.

Simple to understand and to use, does not gradually lose its power over time, perfect for powering my CPAP machine during an outage, and cheaper and easier than buying special CPAP batteries and adaptors.

I haven’t really used it. Other than the initial charge and testing my CPAP with a DC power supply cord and a LED light, it still reads 100%. This was an excellent value at $399. I watched a Utube video where an individual took the Jackery 500 apart to reveal a quality build. Very portable.

I am very pleased with the power supply. Performs as advertised. Quite pleased with so much power in a lightweight devise. On the shelf it holds the charge for a LONG time. Would definitely buy one again. Even though it is pricey, it is worth it.
