Very well made and works well. It may be too heavy for some people but I'm 6' 3" so I can handle it OK. It's more expensive than some other brands but should last for a lifetime.

This pruner is high quality construction and would be great for things at a height of 10 - 12 feet. But at 20+ that I was trying it was just too heavy to control. And to get it at an angle on palm fronds was almost impossible at that height. It is quite heavy.

Easy to connect to the fiberglass poles. Nice sharp blade. Solid build. Made in USA. What else can we ask for.

Item was received timely and quality appears to be as advertised but we have not used the product due to weather constraints (windy/rainy)

I found it difficult to use due to the very strong spring. The double pulley model might provide better leverage.

I was hoping Big Mouth can cut thick branch, but I didn’t find the cutting mechanism so efficient to do that. I could only cut small branch. The poles I bought with it is very good though. I will continue to look for a pruner to cut larger tree branch.

The extra wide mouth is proving to be a huge help in cutting my palm fronds. A great tool. Would recommend it to anyone trimming palm trees.
