OT long enough

Goes deeply into the ground without bending up; nice and sturdy.

These seem strong, but rusted immediately.

They were flimsy and bent easily. Wouldn't recommend for heavy clay/rocky soil, like we have in SE PA.

The stakes were perfect size for my job but you should consider how many layers you will need to go through.

These garden staples are a must when laying down weed barrier in the wind. They made my job much easier and saved time by not having to place rocks on the fabric to keep from blowing away.

These really help keep the burlap I use during frosts in place. No wind blowing it off. They really come in handy.

Ok to use if u push them into soft soil. Will bent if u hammer them in hard soil.

Garden staples were only 3.5 inches long so retuned them and bought some 6.0 inch staples.

Too soft bends too easily.

These worked is about the most I can say. They are very thinly made and not a lot thicker than a big paper clip so they bent easily if they hit any little thing in the ground. The do hold the mat in place though, which is what I was looking for. I am not aware of anything actually better that is currently on the market so would recommend for that reason alone.

They work well even tapping into semi-hard soil.

These suckers go into the ground really easily, even if the ground is hard, and they're holding down our solarization plastic sheeting perfectly.
