Fast delivery, great lawn tractor. Could not be happier.

Although the service wasn’t very good, I really like the tractor. It took 15 minutes for someone to come outside the store to help. He didn’t know anything about the tractor. Another 10 minutes and someone else came out. He knew a little bit. Neither knew where the tractor keys were or how to unlock the tractor for delivery. My neighbor brought his truck and a brought a ramp. The HD staff had no clue. Tractor works great so far. I’ve used it three times with zero issues.

Tractor is nice not as heavy duty as the original one I had purchased through a John Deere dealer years ago but very nice .Bag collectors are smaller rides nice , starts right up pleased with the purchase

The brakes do not work on slope, it slides very fast without control, I returned it and bought another one same model, same problem. Not safe, I will return it.

Mower has met expectations. The two cylinder engine hAs the necessary power for my rolling property.

We bought this mower less than 3 months ago. I mow about 5 acres and the belt has snapped twice now. I don't know if there is a tension issue but I would not expect this out of a brand new mower. I wouldn't recommend this machine.

Can’t go wrong with a Deere. The delivery company was bad, no pre call and they just dropped it off in the driveway and left without ringing the bell.

Seems like good mowers only have 2.7hrs on it
