Older production had a useful measuring scale printed on the upper edge. Current production lacks the scale. See photos. Very puzzling that a manufacturer would choose to make a product less useful.

I ordered this level because the description states that it has a ruled edge with 1/8 in., 1/16 in and millimeter markings for precise measurement. The level does not have a ruled edge as indicated. I specifically ordered this product because of the ruled edge. The product description is misleading.
