My two kitties like it but only right after I change the water in it - which I’ve found needs to be done several times daily. The problem is that the surface of the water doesn’t go through the filter, and hair, and junk stays on the surface of the water. At first, I was filling the cleanflow cat fountain up higher than the holes the water goes through to the filter. When I saw that, I started filling it only partway up so that (as I thought) the surface of the water would go through the filter as well as the subsurface water. But after making that change, it wasn’t much better at keeping the surface of the water free of debris. And just this evening, about an hour after I had changed the water (again), I saw a small dead spider swirling around on the surface of the water. I realized that the filter should catch the dead little s. and so I watched it for a minute. After a couple minutes, it was still there swirling around. So I got close and watched for the pattern of where and when the surface water would go through the filter and the spider wound disappear and not reappear, since it should be caught in the filter. But that didn’t happen. It appeared that the surface water, with the dead s. wasn’t being sent through the filter at all, which explains why there was always hair and debris on the water after just a couple hours. (One cat likes to put her paw in the water, which isn’t unusual for a cat to do). I made a short video of the swirling spider. Mind, I had just the day before given a high rating to this CleanFlow Cat Fountain on the website of the large general retail store I ordered it from. Unfortunately, I just tried to upload the short video, but apparently only still shots are allowed to be uploaded. A still shot wouldn’t prove anything. Anyway, my 2 kitts do like to drink from this fountain, when its surface doesn’t have debris. And the motor is pretty quiet, enough so my 2 cats got used to it.

I purchased the first one with the tank and the pump was noisy. TS tried to correct it over the phone but it still made a lot of noise. I then purchased another without the tank. This one is relatively quiet but the top of the unit has big gaps in it from a bad mold. Probably going to return this one too.

This was delivered on May 29th and it is horribly loud. I purchased this one and a larger one. The larger one is silent, but there is a constant hum in the motor of the smaller one. I would not recommend this.

I'm not sure why this one is so noisy. The motor hums all the time. We bought two and the larger one is silent. It's as if the motor is defective.

I have had one of these for years. It's a really good product with one little issue. I have hard water that's kind of gross. The bowl and water holder get a film and needs to be cleaned frequently (not the unit's fault). The reservoir area has quite a few hard corners and small places to try and clean. Not easy with a scrubbing sponge or a bristle brush. The reservoir area could have been designed better.

I had trouble getting my cat to drink, but loves his new water fountain, he finally drinks and plays in it!!!

Our cats really like this. It keeps the water moving and the tank holds a lot of water so we don’t worry about them running out

The device is very easy to set up. At first, “Jade” was a bit nervous about the circular flowing water. I set her regular water bowl w/n 2 feet for 2 days and then moved it w/n inches for another 2 days, until I just took the standing water bowl away. She has taken to him w/o hesitation and she seems to like to watch the flowing water. I have peace of mind knowing she’s getting clean filtered water at all times. I didn’t have to refill the reservoir for 2 weeks. That pleased that I offered to buy the same device for my daughter’s family who have 2 cats.

This filtered water bowel for cats is saving the life my two cats who both have heart murmurs. They used to not drink enough water but now do since I bought this water bowel. No more UTI's and their feces is soft and moist. I found that it is not necessary to use the charcoal filters. They would not drink the water until I removed the filter. I change the water once a day (it only takes a few minutes) and thoroughly clean it weekly and the water stays very clean. so I don't need the charcoal.. Thank you for this product.

The CleanFlow is so much better than any fountain I have ever purchased. It is so easy to clean compared to the others!!! That's the main thing I really like about it. My cat is funny, he puts candies in his water if I have them around the house, along with hair ties, pens, and pretty much anything he can pick up with his teeth. Needless to say his bowl is usually pretty dirty, but this stays fresh and clean for at least a week. And when I do need to clean it the process is so easy and only takes a few minutes. Thanks for the great design!

We just set this up a few days ago and you can hardly hear it run. Our dogs and cats were not sure about it at first, but after a few hours started using it. I haven't seen any debris in it after three days of use. So far we love it. Hopefully the pump runs for quite a while. It looks like it is very well built.

I rarely write reviews but this item is one brilliantly thought out pet fountain. If you're lucky enough to see this don't hesitate just buy it. Every single part including the heavy duty pump, deep flow of water, heavy duty power cord and totally silent operation and of course the BPA free bottle is absolutely top of of the line. I'm as picky as they get and this "gem" left me cooing! A true "best of" product!

My name is booger and my mom just purchased this CleanFlow thingy for me. My mom loves that it is so quiet. I love it because it goes round and round and doesn't splash out on me! I always have fresh clean water now. Thank you K&H, I love your heated beds too...I am spoiled kitty.
