I’ve only had it installed since June 30, but I’m disappointed with how hard it is to use the stopper (closing and opening the plug). It doesn’t seem to allow the plug to open completely, making it slow for water to drain.

Looks good and works very well. I was surprised when installing it that the braided lines can kink easily when tightening.

We had to enlarge slightly the hole in the under-the-counter clamping plate in order to enable the pop-up rod to move freely. Otherwise, it was a simple installation. In our eyes, faucets are lovely, and significantly enhance the appearance of our bathroom.

These are very good faucets and operate quietly. The connection hoses were not long enough to reach some of my shut-off valves and I had to add extension hoses. The main issue though was the drain pipe that came with these was much longer than the Deltas they replaced. The casting that contains the stopper lift was longer, as was the down pipe. I had to hacksaw off almost 2 inches of the down pipe in order for it to fit into the P-trap.

I'm a general contractor and while this Kohler faucet is aethetically pleasing, and it's appearance satisfied the client, it seems fragile and cheaply built. Perhaps I'll be wrong and never receive a call back on these two we installed, but I'm expecting gen to fail prematurely.

Bought this to replace a 2 handle Delta. Box arrived having been opened and then re-taped. Had a plumber install it, who didn't correctly install the pop- up drain, so I had to connect that myself. So - the drain hook-up was easy enough and now works fine ! Nice appearance, nice operation so far and yes it is dry !! I rated the install average because it seems to be. Pretty sure I bought my last 2 handle faucet - and probably won't be my last Kohler.

Installed faucet...have installed more than 5 in our lives, and this one leaks out the back if the handle. Can't install the drain lift arm because it doesn't go through the proper hole wherever it is so we are going to try and remove the faucet to install the arm first even though Kohler says to just wiggle it. Well, three days late, still no drain lift arm through the hole and Kohler sending us a replacement valve. Cheap plastic value that I can guarantee will not last. It's a gorgeous finish, the only reason I gave it more than one star. Now to wait 10-12 business days to get the cheap-o part from Kohler before we can even use the faucet. I would buy something else.
