Installation and operation instructions are less than complete. Re the install, proceed in this order and you'll have no difficulty; follow the instructions and you're likely to use bad language like I did. Install the seat bracket and seat as instructed; connect the t-valve to the tank; connect the water supply line to the t-valve; REMOVE THE SEAT and connect the seat supply line to it, then reinstall the seat and connect the other end to the t-valve. As far as the product itself, my wife really likes it and says it has all the features she would want; it fits our Kohler Cimarron elongated toilet perfectly.

My wife likes this very much, and it fits our new Kohler Cimarron elongated toilet perfectly. She says it operates perfectly; I wouldn't know, because I lack the ego strength to try it. Re the install, I'm the kind of guy who usually follows instructions precisely as they are written; that does not work in this case. I ran the wiring and installed the dedicated GFCI outlet, so I'm not completely inept. Trust me on this, when you've installed the seat, continue in this order: connect the t-valve to the toilet tank, connect the water supply line to the bottom of the t-valve, PULL THE SEAT OFF and connect the seat inlet line to the seat nipple, then re-install the seat and connect the other end to the remaining t-valve nipple. If you do it in this manner it'll be a piece of cake. Follow the instructions and you're likely to use bad language like I did.

Everything advertised & more. My only comment / complaint is the led lights on the panel don't dim. At night they are too bright. All quality Kohler hardware thru & thru. Buy it! Use it! Great!

The set up was pretty easy for my husband who initially was not too excited about using it, but has since raves about it. I absolutely love it.

Great product but very difficult to install. The toilet tank connection should be a plastic fitting like a normal tank connection. This one is metal and requires a wrench where there is no room to use a wrench.

This is a very well made, heavy duty seat that functions very well. Installation was quick and easy to follow while electric cord had plenty of lengh. It looks nice, is very clean and I love how well it functions, Is exactly as resented in description, Well worth the money.

The seat works great and I'm very happy with it.The installation instructions don't tell you that you have to use silicone tape and the user manual is equally poor. The supply hose comes pre kinked so you have to straighten it out and twist it to an angle that will keep it open enough to supply wat

Works very nicely. User controls are well arranged. BUT it makes you sit further forwards potentially touching the porcelain with your parts.

This item is misadvertised. It does not have a heated seat nor a warm air dryer. The chart shown on the site is for a different model although it does say, "current model" and two other models for comparison. They used the wrong graphic! I ended up returning the seat and made HD aware of the error. As of today, 5 1/2 weeks later, the same chart is still in use. People are making buying decisions based on wrong info. I ordered a Toto from another vendor and am very happy with it.

Easy to install. Water isn’t always a constant warm stream, wish I had bought one with an automatic dryer

The bidet parts work amazingly. Cleans very well and its aim is almost perfect. My only issue is that even for an elongated bowl seat, the seat is much smaller and sits at an angle which is hard to get used to.

Great product, well priced. it has heated water and adjustable water pressure. no dryer feature nor heated seat offered, but the nozzle has a cleaning feature and it sanitizes it with UV light. not sure how effective the UV light is... my wife is very happy with this purchase

This Seat is NOT HEATED, and DOES NOT AIR DRY as stated. It is an OK bidet seat, but overpriced and clearly misrepresented on this Home Depot site.

I would recommend this product strictly for the functionality! It is well made and works the way it is supposed to work. The jet had excellent water pressure and it did the job it was designed for well. Sadly it did not fit well on my toilet (2009 Toto) and I had to remove it. The seat portion kept loosening. I tried tightening it with extra washers, a heavy duty wrench, nothing could keep the seat from slipping. I gave it to a friend who had an older toilet (some time in the 90's) model, it worked perfectly and fit perfectly on hers.

Installation was a little difficult because I had to add a plug-in by my toilet for the unit to plug-in. But it was totally worth it for the built in heater! It installed right on my toilet in place of my old toilet seat. The controls on the unit allow you to select 1 or 2 for the little water stem that sticks down in the toilet bowel. You also have the ability to select the water temperature as well. If your looking for a nice looking bidet seat definitely give this one a try you won't be disappointed.
