We replaced all three, 22 year old toilets in my home and my fathers home with this toilet. This is definitely an upgrade! Love this higher seat height and it has some good flushing power...say goodbye to plungers! There was some mention that it's difficult to clean the rim in the bowl...yes, it's a shallower rim and less room to squish the toilet cleaner into, but I don't find I have to clean this toilet very much in general.

Problem is the mounting system that attaches the toilet to the floor is not ease to us and has not replacement parts.

At first glance, the toilet is fine. The flush is voluminous and powerful. However, the design of the bowl is flawed. Not broken or defective, but very poorly engineered. As designed, when water rushes in and over the 360* channel that surrounds the top of the bowl, it does so with such speed that it completely misses certain parts of the bowl. I would estimate at least 10% of the bowl is not rinsed at all and an additional 5% is rinsed very poorly during the flush. Amazingly, the spot that it completely misses is at the very front of the bowl, where urine hits when someone is sitting down to use the toilet. The one spot where urine hits the bowl is the very spot missed by the rinsing action. I find it absurd that they charge $300 for a toilet that misses this very basic performance requirement. The picture illustrates the issue. The blue toilet bowl cleaner that remains in the front of the bowl after a full flush has not been touched by water. The lighter blue area in the back has been rinsed insufficiently.

Sorry toilet. Now I know why this toilet was on clearance and discontinued. I was as easy as possible bolting the tank to the toilet . Couldn't get the bushing seals between the tank and toilet to stop leaking. Continued to tighten the bolts alittle. Next thing I know the toilet broke. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase one.

After applying wax rings twice and ending up with a leak near the front of the toilet base both times after a few minutes, I had to remove again and begin an inspection for defects sadly. Flipped it over and found what looked like a possible pinhole. Set up a little bench experiment and confirmed the defect which was causing a leak in my test. Back to Home Depot it goes. There is a sticker right on the bowl stating Leak Test Passed! What a joke and what horrible QA/QC at Kohler.

This replaced our old toilet, wanted something with a little more power on the flush. The flush handle feels different than other toilets. It has a quick pressure release instead of constant pressure. It was an easy swap and went together well. No issues at this point.

I am so frustrated- I hope Kohler can correct this because otherwise I would be rating 5 stars. The included instructions do not show or say anything about the gaskets that are used for the bolts that screw the tank to the body. I kept trying to figure out why water was leaking through the bolt holes and finally checked the "Instructions / Assembly" link on Home Depot (note this is different from the installation guide) and saw the gaskets in the 1433803 section. These are missing.

Leaked due to poor quality. Customer service was helpful to a point. Tank had remnants of something I couldn't identify and caused tank to toilet seal damage. This I discovered after I had to purchase a $23 wrench just to take the Flush Valve off of the tank. Pictures show object and seal.

I had three of these installed in my new home by my plumber. It was immediately apparent that ALL THREE lean to the right side! I went back to the store and checked several in the boxes and they all also lean to the same side! See pictures below.

out of the box, the fill valve is not working properly. it extends over the top of the tank. When you put the tank lid on, it presses valve down and water continues to fill.

I ordered the toilet based on the measurements on home depot website. However, when I installed it with help of a plumber, the tank lid seems to be too bulky and he was unable to fit in the gap under the banjo counter top. I called Kohler customer support to see if they can help me find some other slimmer tank lid that can fit this toilet and they had no interest to help and quickly ended my call. I am stuck in this situation now and looking for some ideas how I can solve this problem. Lesson learnt the hard way, next time I am buying a toilet I will take a measuring tape with me and check measurements on the display unit.

Installation was easy and everything you should need is included, though I needed to buy a different was ring as my flange wasn't flush to the floor. It looks good and works like it should. The big problem with this toilet is the weird lip design. I can already tell it's going to be hard to keep clean over time. You can't easily get a toilet brush in there. If I could go back, I would not buy this toilet on this basis.

The commode fits perfect. I installed it myself. A very nice upgrade.

The Kohler Cimarron Rev 360 2-piece 1.28 Gpf Single Flush round-front complete solution toilet (white), which comes with bowl, tank, seat, wax ring, supply line and floor hardware. I installed this toilet to upgrade from the older toilet I'd had in my home since it was built almost 20 years ago. I had it professionally installed with no issues. Looks nice, much nicer than my old cheap standard toilet. This quality toilet is ADA Compliant, ASME Certified ,CSA Certified, and EPA Approved. Includes a 1-year limited manufacturers warranty. I received this toilet at no cost in exchange for a honest review.

My plumber installed the toilet. They next day I saw that it was leaking. The plumber came back to tighten the bolts, but water was still leaking between the tank and base, he even removed the tank and reinstalled it, but it was still leaking and the base ended up breaking because the bolts were too tight. I returned the broken toilet and bought different toilet. It was a hassle.

Really "pretty" toilet that fits well in our small space for a boy's bathroom. However, I'm disappointed that the handle is quite floppy. I had the plumber take a second look at it, and he could not tighten any more. It's just the way it's built. Also, the flush is quite loud. Unfortunately, that's a huge minus for me as my goal was to be able to flush in the middle of the night and not wake anyone else up. Finally, there's an odd sort of lip around the toilet bin's bowl. So if you use toilet bowl cleaner to clean your toilet, the solution gets stuck/sits in that lip and it's very hard to scrub out with a toilet brush. Just a bit of a bad design for cleaning. It's nice looking, but I probably wouldn't buy this model again.

I'm lightly upgrading the basement 1/2 bath/ laundry, which means replacing the 40 year old toilet with this Amazing new KOHLER CIMARRON REV 360 2-piece Toilet !! This was the easiest Install of a Toilet I have ever done !! I wanted a Taller Round toilet, all white, simple looking with everything included and that's what I got with this KOHLER Toilet !! This one is chair Height, 16 1/2 inches, 2 piece, plug free, 1.28 gallon flush, all the guts are already in the tank, you get a slow-close seat, wax ring and floor bolts, easy to read instructions, nothing more to buy, this Is the perfect toilet !! You can install this toilet by yourself in a 1/2 hour and you get everything you need in the box to It, you can't do better than that !!

This is a wonderful toilet! I never thought I'd write a review for a toilet, but here it goes. First off, this particular model from Kohler is actually a "kit" which includes the internal flushing hardware, and even a no-slam toilet seat. It replaced a different brand toilet that was about 20 years old. The quality of the porcelain finish is very high and it looks beautiful. Flushes swiftly, and efficiently. It's also rather quiet. Refilling the tank does not take long if you have good water pressure. The flush lever takes little effort to engage the flush process. I installed this myself and installation was similar to other toilets I've installed in the past (I'm not a plumber, but an advanced DIY-er). For me it was rather easy, but if you're uncomfortable with connecting plumbing fixtures, seating a wax toilet seal/gasket, and working with a wrench, it's best to have a pro do the install. BTW the flushing mechanism inside the tank is preinstalled and did not even need adjusting. Very convenient! The box includes all installation hardware including the wax gasket - which I was very surprised to find included. That is normally something you'd definitely have to purchase separately. The seat is comfortable, and the no-slam feature works great. Very pleased with this toilet, and so far I have no complaints or cons about it. Nice job Kohler! For those interested the box dimensions are 29-1/2W X 16"D X 27"H.

My old toilet took so much water. This toilet is the right height and the slow close lid is great. Powerful toilet without so much water waste.

The Cimarron Rev 360 2-piece 1.28 GPF Single Flush Round-Front Complete Solution Toilet in White, Seat Included from Kohl er was an all in one toilet. It comes as a complete kit. All the bolts, wax ring, float valve, and even the commode seat are included. I used this commode as a replacement. And the instructions are well written and easy to follow. I suggest not installing the tank till the base is secured. As setting the base is a lot easier without the added weight of the tank. Kohl er has designed an all in one kit Thar\t is a great set.

Nothing like a complete package! Wonderful! All the necessary parts were included - wax ring and toilet seat. If you have a new installation, yes, you would need to pick up the water supply line as this can vary in length. This toilet is a very comfortable height - just right. The only problem we had with the installation was a problem with the floor plate as there was structural damage to the floor drain which the plumber was able to fix and the installation of the toilet went very easy. The self-closing lid/seat is a nice feature. The toilet flushes very differently from the other current toilet that I have. Most of the toilets have lots of little holes just under the rim - this toilet has like a horizontal water slide (that's the only way I can think of to describe it) right under the rim so you get a pretty strong consistent flush. It fills quickly and quietly. The toilet fits in my little half bathroom just fine and I think it has a nice modern design. It's a nice upgrade to the bathroom. I've had several Kohler products over the years and they have always been problem free and I feel that they make very good products.

Kohler never disappoints in quality. Well packaged, it is a heavy item so get assistance to lift when you can. Everything you need in one box including the wax seal. This flush system is the best. I put a Kohler in my moms house over 5 years ago & it’s been trouble free. This unit I am especially interested in seeing work. You probably can’t see it from the pictures but instead of having many holes under the rim for water to come put of and rinse the bowl. This one brings all the water into the bowl in the back and it flows around a constantly decreasing ledge around the rim. Shedding water along the way but also creating a swirl motion. Ingenious!

This toilet looks great, functions well and was easy to install. This toilet is a round-front which fit nicely in our small toilet area. The installation was aided by clear instructions and the fact that there were only two main pieces to install, the base and the tank. The chair height seating was another plus, since we were transitioning from an older, lower style. The recovery time between flushes is much quicker than our older model and as stated in the product name, it does a 360 degree under the rim 1.28 gallon flush which cleans well and saves water. In this particular model, the seat has a slow close feature, but the lid itself does not. This is a standard 12 inch wall clearance toilet.

This KOHLER ELONGATED BOWL COMPLETE SOLUTION TOILET CHAIR HEIGHT REVOLUTION 360 FLUSHING is certainly a different toilet than what I have used all of my adult life, the main feature that was the reason I selected this toilet was the fact that it is “CHAIR HEIGHT” and as I get older and also due to some injuries I have had over the years it is becoming more difficult to” rise up” when using a standard height toilet. But being a taller than normal toilet it also weighs a little more and therefore is a little more difficult to “SET” than the normal size toilet. Something that I did that helped a lot was to Take a piece of the cardboard that the toilet came in and I turned the toilet upside down and made a template of the base including the bolt holes and the waste hub and then after I removed the old toilet and cleaned all the old wax from the toilet flange and surrounding area I laid the cardboard template down and using masking tape I went around the template which made an exact outline of where the toilet would set on the floor and I added a couple of pieces of tape out from the template showing where the bolts were located. One other thing that I did that made the job a lot easier was to use a wax free Fernco toilet seal ( HD sells these”. With these extra preparations and my wife kind of guiding the toilet I was able to set it down where it needed to be the first try, ( I did need to re adjust one of the hold down bolts that I bumped when setting it down). The only thing that was a little disappointed in was the bottom of the toilet had some rough porcelain that I was concerned might scratch my flooring while positioning the toilet around the area where the base contacted the floor and the waste hub, but a little polishing stone and sandpaper took care of that. If I decide to replace the rest of the toilets in my home or if any of my children or friends and neighbors would ask me for a recommendation I would recommend this toilet.

This toilet is high quality! I installed a few toilets and this one is on the simpler side. Things that really stood out was the bolts in the tank had a waterproof membrane over it. Another is a good wax ring, floor bolts, soft close lid/seat. and the flusher is metal not plastic. I also like the height that is standard with this toilet which is compared to tall toilets. I like the curve of the tank which gives it a classic yet modern feel to it. Comes with everything you need, great packaging when shipped and with clear instructions too. You really can’t go wrong with this toilet.

Looks and Works Great! I bought this toilet at Home Depot for $219. I followed the directions and installed it by myself in 2 hours, including removal of old toilet, cleanup of old wax seal and floor underneath, installation of new Toiletmaster rubber seal (not wax) new base bolts, new Kohler toilet bowl, tank, no-slam seat and caulk around base. Snugged up base, tank and water connection and turned on the water. No leaks anywhere. This toilet has a powerful flush and cleans the entire bowl. I would gladly recommend this toilet.
