It's all in the box, ( except the supply tube that you have to buy separately.) But the Kohler Cimmaron Rev 360 1.28 Gpf single flush that we got is a pretty nice unit. It is what they are calling " Comfort Height" which is about 16 1/2 inches to the rim from the floor. So it is not as high as the handicapped approved toilets which I think are 18" and not as low as a regular toilet which I believe are about 14" . So not too high and not too low, Just right. You do get a nice seat and a wax ring and new bolts.

Ordered the toilet to replace an aging unit with a 12 inch rough in. The toilet came well packaged and undamaged in a large 101 pound palletized box. The tank and bowl were disassembled and separately padded in the box. All installation hardware including new tank bolts, wax ring, and tank mounting bolts were provided, except for a new water supply line. The toilet was easy to install by mounting the bowl with the new wax ring and bolts, attaching the tank with two bolts, connecting the supply line, and attaching the seat. The toilet is an attractive comfort height design with a soft closing lid that closes slowly, smoothly, and quietly. It has an advanced flushing system featuring a full circle swirl driven by a high power piston flush valve that accelerates the flush water to keep the bowl cleaner. It uses only 1.28 gallons per flush which also saves water. The system performs extremely well and is highly recommend it for its comfort, good looks, flushing performance, and water saving efficiency.

I decided to go with a Kohler toilet as it was time to replace an old 1970's style commode in a bright yellow color. I choose Kohler because of their reputation of high-quality, craftsmanship and materials. I have to admit, I've had many Kohler toilets in the past and never have been disappointed - this time is no exception. This Cimarron model is stylish, easy to install, everything needed is included and above all, a great value for the money. I did opt to go with one of the newer no-wax seals as I tend to reposition the bowl multiple times and the no-wax seals never lose the sealing properties like wax ones do. The flushing mechanism is very impressive on bowl clearing ability while only using 1.28 gallons. A new feature (at lease to me) on this toilet is the flush has a strong water flow from just under the bowl rim which swirls around doing an excellent job flushing the contents - see picture. I prefer the elongated toilets but this toilet went in a smaller toilet area and the round design gave more leg room. Overall, I am very happy with this product and do recommend.

Another quality toilet made by Kohler. I don’t think you can go wrong when you decide to go with Kohler toilet. This one in particular is a nice height and comfortable to sit on. The flush mechanism is very smooth and almost effortless to flush. The flushing does the 360 water flush, this sends the water around the bowl to allow for a better flush and clean. The soft close lid is very nice and does a very nice job making no noise as the lid closes. The installation of this toilet is so easy and fairly quick to do. I am no professional but was able to install the toilet in under an hour including the removal of the old toilet and wax ring. The installation is a tightening of a several bolts 2 to attach the toilet base to your floor flange, 2 bolts to attach the toilet tank to your toilet base and the 2 bolts to attach the toilet lid to the toilet base. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Overall this is a very nice quality toilet that I would recommend if you are in need of a new toilet.

Nice toilet, installs just as any other comes with everything you need and the instructions are very easy to follow. The tank bolts are different than most they have a rubber coating and installing it was a little tougher than the plain typical bolt. Easy to level and did not leak and holds it secure. The seat is a an easy, soft close and the wax ring is really wax. This unit does flush with a twist of the water. I like this toilet and highly recommend it.

We replaced our elongated toilet with this round one. In our small, tight bathroom, this round bowl saves several inches of prime real estate giving us enough clearance to install a glass shower door that opens outward. I was surprised that a wax ring with hardware was included, however, my husband preferred installing a REINFORCED wax ring. The installation was easy, and our after-market bidet still fit. We prefer this single handle flush over our old 2 push buttons on the lid. The flush of the toilet bowl has good swirl and emptying. The toilet and seat are sturdy and are the right height for us (5’5”). A large person might want a larger seat or perhaps that is my perception having changed from a large elongated bowl to a round bowl.

The bathroom where this is installed has a small area for the tub and toilet. That is why a round front toilet made sense to provide a couple more inches where the door swings into that space. The unit comes very well packed with everything but a water connection hose that you will need for installation. If you are doing a DIY replacement of a standard height toilet, it is probably best to just get a new connection hose and one that is long enough to reach this unit, which is about 2 inches longer than standard height. I happened to have one of correct length on hand. Installation is straightforward if you have done this before. I used the standard wax ring supplied and had no issues with leaks. Tank attaches to the bowl with 2 bolts while some Kohler units use 3 in a triangular pattern. No problems with leaks there either if you just follow instructions. The slow-close seat works well. Some people have commented that it is plastic, but even my $400 one-piece Santa Rosa from Kohler is about the same construction. I like these thin lids while some people don’t. They clean easily and the slow-close function will probably work better for many more years with lighter seat and lid. The water level adjustment was perfect right out of the box, and I did not have splashing issues that some people mentioned in reviews. (They might have a venting issue but hard to tell.) Tank lid fits nicely and the overall finished unit is attractive with a powerful swirling flush thanks to the under-rim flush jets. The glaze on the unit is flawless and the bowl base sat evenly on the floor. Just about everything you could want in a toilet from my perspective. Now all I need is a new camera/phone for better pictures.

This is the worst toilet i’ve ever owned!
We had a plumber install this toilet for us a few months ago. Ever since it was installed we’ve never liked it due to the many design flaws it has, such as poor flush, poor quality, bad bowl rinse, and it clogs on a daily basis. We’ve own the toilet for about 2 months now and it’s already had to be snaked using a drain snake. Just take my advice and don’t get the toilet! You’re better off buying one of the Glacier Bay toilets from home depot for only $99 dollars when this one costs $149 On a side note: The Glacier Bay toilet in our upstairs bathroom that we got for $99 at home depot as well does it’s job better then this one.

Hi River, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm very sorry to hear your Cimarron toilet is clogging and is not keeping the bowl clean upon regular use. This is nothing you should expect when you select the quality of Kohler. To ensure the tank is adjusted correctly to yield in an efficient and clean flush, I'd like to make a few recommendations. The chain connecting to the trip lever should be taut. If there is any slack, it should be tightened to remove the slack. The water level can also be checked. The water level in the tank should be at the water line which is marked on the inside back wall of the tank or on the flush valve. The refill tube can be checked as well. It should be connected at both ends connecting the fill valve to the center of the canister valve. If either end is disconnected, it should be pushed back into place. Additional details regarding the tube location can be found here: https://bit.ly/2UkB8a9. Please contact our Customer Service team by email at KohlerCustServ@kohler.com. We are glad to help! Sincerely, Sarah S. Kohler Customer Service

I replaced the standard height and bowl item with this very practical model. It was easy to install, and is providing comfort and ease in use. I really appreciate the "swirl" flushing action. Makes it much easier to keep clean.

    Sturdy and well built
Good soild toilet that is also a good height. Our last toilet kept gettig blocked but we havent had any issues with this one. Easy to clean with the way the toilet seat can be unclipped and feels very study to sit on. Over all, it does what you want a toilet to do. Never changed a toilet out before, this was simple enough to do...watched a couple of Youtube videos on how to do it before hand. Taking it in two pieces made it easier to carry through the house.

      Poor Quality
Toilet has a blemish on the very front that I didn't notice and apparently my plumber didn't notice until after it was installed. It's smooth, no chips or cracks so it wasn't bumped. It's a blemish that was glazed over during the manufacturing process. Also the handle was loose, not flush to the porcelain. Not the quality I'm used to from Kohler. I gave it away.

This was my first time installing a toilet. After watching some You Tube videos, decided to take a stab at it. Had no problems with this toilet. Its ben about 2 weeks now ,and love it. Already looking to get another one for downstairs bathroom. One thing I'm glad I did is purchase of a heavier wax ring and a wood slow close seat. The seat that comes with toilet is plastic. If u don't mind ,than no need to purchase another one.

I have been impressed with the Kohler Cimarron toilet. It is a great value- all of the Kohler features in an affordable fixture. I have installed them in my home, a parish house, two churches and several vacation luxury condos. They are ADA or comfort(chair) height and they have reduced water usage. There has been no problems with the 20 plus Kohler Cimarron toilets I installed. No more flappers to deal with- these have a long lasting cannister seal that is easy to replace- just snaps on the bottom of the flush canister. . This toilet is a new model featuring Revolution 360 flushing action. Instead of the water running down the side of the bowl from little openings in the underside of the rim- it is sent out of one larger opening in a spinning motion around the bowl. It does a great job cleaning the sides of the bowl when flushed. A bonus for us is we use un-chlorinated well water where mold growth around the inside lip of the toilet bowl can be a problem. This eliminates that problem and this toilet bowl is much easy to keep clean. Also it comes with a slow close seat and wax seal- all you need is a replacement supply line. .

Best toilet I have ever owned
I lived in my last home for 21 years, so I have not seen the advances in toilets since that time. Wow. This toilet amazes me. Every flush is perfect with only 1.28 gallons. Fills up fast. I love the chair height on it. It was very easy to install. The tank had everything in it and I did not have to make any adjustments. The coating of the toilet and the flush mechanism cannot be any better. Even if a little poop sticks to the toilet, by the next flush, it is out of there. I use a silicon brush to clean it. Many people do not realize that porcelain is fragile and the plastic brushes most people use damage the toilet over time so that it is harder to clean. The silicon brush is soft and does not harm the toilet. I probably only need to clean the toilet about once a month because the flush is so good. Every time I use this toilet, I am amazed and pleased. Also, if you have a big load with lots of extra toilet paper, you can hold the handle down a little longer and the toilet uses a little more water for a longer flush. Most of the time though, just one quick push and the toilet gives a perfect flush. The top is flat so you can put things on it like air freshener or extra toilet paper. If I had known this toilet existed in my last home, I would have replaced all 3 toilets in my other house with this one. Best toilet ever!

I've always liked Kohler products and use them throughout my house. Everything from faucets to toilets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They're always excellent quality and last a long time. This toilet is typical of a quality Kohler product. I just installed it temporarily in my bathroom, till I get my floor put down. The installation was easy. Install the base, add the tank, install the seat, hook up the water and it's done. I like the traditional "grease ring" to seal the toilet base to the floor drain. Some have moved away from the grease ring, but I say why change something that has worked for decades. Not to mention, when I remove and replace (after the new floor), it's cheap to put a new one on. The tank comes fully assembled with all the internal components installed, just hook up the water line. Operation is quiet and at 1.28 GPF is eco-friendly. Another excellent Kohler product. P.S. for those who have a problem leveling and stabilizing a toilet in general, I added my solution which I use on all toilets. I shim the base with composite shims, so the toilet is level and stable (believe me it won't move), then I finish it with sanded-caulk which is the same color as the grout. Makes a nice clean finish and the toilet is rock solid. see pics...

I'm in the process of upgrading my main bath, one easy upgrade is a newer larger toilet that saves on water and has a different look, That's what I got with this KOHLER CIMARRON REVOLUTION 360 Complete Solution Toilet !! It's 2-piece, Single flush, uses 1.28 gallons per flush and Is an Elongated toilet, so it set out a little farther in the room, gives you more space to sit and the bonus is a slow-close toilet set, so no more dropping that seat, It is so cool, your going to love that feature with this KOHLER Toilet !! This toilet can be installed in about 1/2 hour and everything you need is in the box, even the wax ring, The only minor issue I had was trying to attach the seat bumpers, not easy to put on, but over all, an outstanding toilet and a Great addition to your Bathroom !!

          Some Pros and Cons
This is Kohler’s Cimarron Revolution 360 Complete Solution 2-piece toilet. Kohler has been around since 1873. This toilet has a very strong flush and is relatively quiet. I was installed 2 weeks ago. The seat is “slow close” and feels solid. There is no give on top of the seat if you sit on it. There are things that I liked about this toilet and things I didn’t like. I had it delivered and it came well protected. The flange bolts were the generic brass bolts with metal nuts (stainless bolts would have been much better). I didn’t use them because I had some rust proof bolts on hand to use instead. The toilet seat bolts were stainless. Also when I stuck my hand in the hole on the seat that connects to the tank to pick up the seat, I got a small cut my finger. I found a sharp spot inside the hole (see picture). It wouldn’t impact performance, but I wasn’t expecting a sharp spot. The toilet also came with a cheaper wax ring. When you’re shopping for wax rings, you’ll see some for about $2 and some for about $4. The $4 rings have a plastic hose connected to the wax. I always buy the better rings. For the price on this toilet, Kohler shouldn’t have skimped on the wax rings.

            Kohler quality control is terrible
I have been steering my customers away from Kohler products for years. I recently decided to change out three toilets in my home . I decided to pick up two Kohler toilets for upstairs and a round front champion 4 for downstairs . No surprise here, I went 0 for 2 on the Kohler products . One has a slow weep in the trap casting, the other was missing a tank bolt . I am a Master plumber in the state of Maryland and will continue to refer my customers to other brands because Kohler can't seem to ever get it right. I now have to return atleast one ( both are going back ) and pick up two more toilets from a brand I trust . Very unfortunate.

Easy-to-flush canister design requires less force to actuate than a 3 in. Tank Leaks
I bought this toilet today to replace my old one that worked fine. Just wanted a newer one. Everything works fine on the toilet other than the tank leaking. I've taken it apart twice and inspected everything and put it back together and the tank still leaks. I've checked with a level to make sure the tank is level and it is. Not sure what to do now. Look like it's leaking around the small black plastic gasket between the tank and the toilet. I emailed Kohler at KohlerCustServ@kohler.com and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

Excellent toilet. I never really thought about why people would call a toilet a thrown until now. This toilet is great! I will never go back to a regular toilet. This toilet sits higher and is elongated. The increased height creates a more comfortable sit; and the elongated bowl just gives you more room. Both features are well worth the money. The flush technology is nice, but not perfect. It has a powerful flush; but the circular wash of the bowl, that the water is supposed to perform, is not as great. There is not enough water flow to clear all debris. Sure, its powerful, but it needs to remain flowing a little longer for it to clean properly. I have found if you just hold the lever down a little longer, it works better. The seat the toilet comes with is quite nice. I like how it is a no slam toilet. You can just let the lid go and it will slowly shut for you. Essentially, if this toilet had a larger tank for more water flow (I know, it would wreck the efficiency of the toilet, but a clean bowl is great), this toilet would be perfect! Be aware: the manual attached to the product page of homedepot.com is not the correct manual. The toilet comes with the correct manual.

I can't say enough good things about Kohler. There were some initial difficulties with the product, but they made everything right and as quickly as they could. Outstanding service! This is a very well made toilet. Every part is high quality and built to last. Where I've seen plastic used in other toilets (like the flush arm) Kohler uses metal. The flush valve has a very easy to replace sealing ring that will make maintenance very simple if it's ever needed. The design has few nooks and crannies so is easy to clean. The (included) slow-close seat is a really nice touch. I have no idea how many golf-balls can be flushed, but for the real world, it works great.

This is my second toilet from Kohler. I was specifically excited about the Cimarron's new water flow feature in the bowl, with water coming from all sides (360 degrees), increasing the power and effectiveness of the flush. It has a quiet flush and cleans the bowl well. It comes with everything you need in one box--toilet tank and bowl, wax ring, floor hardware and toilet seat (with soft close feature). This toilet is also chair-height, making it easier to get on and off. The toilet was delivered and packed very well. It came in it's own box inside of a larger box with plenty of substantial packing material.

This is a toilet designed for comfortable use. It has a higher than normal seat height (especially helpful for seniors and people with special needs). The elongated bowl and seat is comfortable for all people. The unit is heavier than any other toilet I have bought (about 75 pound package) so you may need assistance moving and installing. The instructions are good and the package includes everything needed for installation including the seat and wax ring. It is a nice style. It uses 1.28 gallons per flush. I would prefer a dual flush capability. The fill valve is a float type water level is easily adjusted.

This is a great toilet! It is chair height, with an elongated seat that closes slowly. The chair height is especially comfortable to me as I am taller and it makes it easier to get up. It also uses the water saving quick flush. The overall installation was straightforward and I would have given it 5-stars, but the instructions about the connection of the tank to the toilet were hard to read and not overly specific. I eventually got it, but had a couple of miscues along the way. The only part we had to buy separately was the water line connection. We put the toilet in our first floor powder room which is used by many people. It is a great addition.

I had decided to replace the toilet in my master bathroom when I remodel and when I came across the KOHLER Cimarron Elongated Bowl, Complete Solution Toilet that is Chair Height with Revolution 360° Flushing and is White I was thrilled. The box with the KOULER toilet arrived weighing 103 pounds. Took all I had just to get it into the Garage by myself. I opened the box and looked for the installation instructions. What I found was another box with the new toilet in it. The outside of the box says “Before opening the box confirm the fit”. Meaning this is an elongated toilet not a standard toilet. The 1st step is to confirm that the elongated toilet bowl will fit your space as the bowl from the wall to the front of the toilet is 30 1/16 inches. The 2nd step is to confirm the rough-in location will work in your bathroom as it is 12 inches from the wall to the floor bolt. The 3rd step is to confirm that chair height is what you desire. The chair height is 16 ½ inches from the floor to the top of the seat. I am replacing an elongated toilet in my bathroom and would like the chair height so I’m all set. The tank and bowl are too heavy for me to pick up safely so I did some research from Kohler’s information on Home Depot’s website. I found out that Complete Solution toilets have everything needed to install the toilet included in the box. The tank, bowl, seat, supply line, floor hardware and wax ring were there. No need to run out and get the supply line or wax ring. How nice is that? I also found out the Revolution 360° flushing means a forceful swirling motion keeps the bowl cleaner longer and there is a sanitary guard where the tank and bowl come together to make it easier to clean. Who isn’t ready for that? I have been getting bids to remodel my bathroom over the past 3 weeks and unfortunately I cannot get someone here to do the replacement for about 2 months. I did have one remodeler tell me this Kohler toilet is one of the best toilets to have. By the looks of everything this will be an easy install. I can’t wait to get this Kohler Elongated bowl toilet installed. I will highly recommend this toilet to any of my friends and family that want the extra comfort of an elongated toilet.

I do like most things about this toilet, it is stylish, chair height, has a good flushing system and while I have not had ample time to test it, I do understand why this system should keep the bowl cleaner for longer. I am even ok with the plastic slow closing seat, they always seem flimsy to me. For those reasons I think it is a good purchase and good replacement toilet. Ease of installation is the part I don’t agree with. I have installed several toilets, but this is the first one I just had to walk away from and rethink for a while. The instructions were no help, had I not had some ideal on how to do it, I would not been able to Instal this toilet with the instructions provided. There are parts necessary for the successful installation of this toilet the instructions not only not mention but aren’t even in the pictures. This left me with massive leaks when I first attempted to turn it on. I am still not totally convinced I have it right, but it does seem to be working. Second thing that really bothered me and added to the frustration was the toilet seat installation. Once again the instructions failed to show just how their system works which what makes the next thing even worse. I was missing several parts! 6 pieces just did not come with this toilet. How can I be so sure? It just so happened I had this toilet seat sitting in my shop waiting to replace another seat in my house, the very same one! It had all it’s parts and while the instructions were no better, with all the parts in hand I was able to get it together. So I guess my warning here is, if this will be your first toilet install, you may want to hire someone, if you have done it before, take your time and think it through, it all works, you just have to figure it out yourself.

I was skeptical in the beginning, largely die to the negative reviews of this product, but when I inspected it and installed it, I must say that Kohler addressed all concerns if they were even warranted in the beginning. For example, the foot of the bowl is nice and even all accross the edge, the load points and the drain opening. It is all very precise up to a fraction of a millimeter and esnuring there is no stress or weight in a single point but it is evenly distributed. Also the foot is made much thicker and well baked than other bowls on the market. You must not over-tighten the bolts on any toiled bowl, they will all crack if you don't follow the instructions. The bowl itself has everything needed for the installation except the flex hose for the water supply. Installation took me about and hour and I am not a hurried type of a guy. Kohler provided the two retaining bolts for the bowl base as well as the wax ring. It does sound like a challenging task but following the provided installation manual with the set it did make things easy for me. The bowl has a nice and even water swirl when flushed. This is the new Aqua Piston system which has enough coverage and water speed to ensure that the 1.28 gallons can clean up everything. I have other Kohler bowls and installed some other brands but this specific model with this new technology has the best water swirl to clean up everything that I've seen so far. The water tank valve shows some significant new design implementation which made it so silent that I had to check with the lid out if the water is running. I don't know how made it but closed you can't really even tell if the water is filling up. Even closing the flow when emptying doesn't have the distinct clap. I am amazed how quiet this is. The seat is slow-close, so you don't worry about closing the lid. The seat is securely fastened with non-rust bolts which can be taken apart and reinstalled for a more thorough cleaning. The seat sits 17" high, which makes it easier to sit down and get up. It is an amazing product at a great price totally in line with Kohler's high quality product line.
