Worst toilet ever
I will never buy another Kohler product. This toilet has been nothing but a problem since day one. Never buy a toilet that has a canister style flush system, unless you like going back to jiggle the handle.

There may be an issue with the settings in the tank; please review the following settings in your tank and correct if necessary. The trip lever should be taut; remove excess links of chain until there is very little play in the chain when the toilet is at rest. Check that the water level is at the water line mark on the canister. The refill hose must be inserted into the top of the canister flush valve and pushed in as far as it will go. There may be debris in the fill valve as well; this comes through the water line and lodges in the fill valve cap and seal, preventing it from closing completely. Terrible install instructions
The instructions on mounting the tank to the bowl are terrible. Had to watch a YouTube video to see that you need washers. It also says “don’t over tighten!” But there are these huge rubber gaskets that seemingly need to be compressed, but how much, we will never know because the instructions are so rudimentary. Also, there was a sizable chunk of porcelain sticking on the bottom of the bowl. This would have made the toilet sit crooked on the floor. Luckily I had an angle grinder to shave it off. I have installed the basic $100 toilets and they were way easier and still get your “stuff” flushed. Not sure why I paid so much to suffer through a terrible install!

Low Toilet Water Level Caused by "Kinked" Line
I had a problem reported by other people where the water level in the toilet was very low.
After a bit of searching I found the cause of the problem was the black rubber "water fill line" in the tank had a "kink" in it that was restricting the flow of water filling the tank. I was able to cut the line "shorter" to eliminate the kink and reconnect it and this solved the problem and the toilet now fills properly. This has been reported by other people, so is an issue to be aware of. See photo.

Not working as it should
The toilet looks pretty but the float valve is not working properly. The tank is not filling consistently on its own. I need to lift the lid and push down on the valve so it fills. My husband wanted to buy an American Standard toilet and I convinced him to buy this one, but now I am thinking I should have listened to him. Not happy with the product

Professional plumbers install the bolts that attached the bowl to the tank could be a little bit longer for user insulation other than that Good product.

Something is off
This toilet is really nice. Flushes great. Classic design. However, I'm not sure if I received the wrong tank but my take sits about three inches away from the wall. Not sure that I've ever seen a toilet tank not flush to the wall.

Lousy execution
Kohler, are you listening? I hope so...
I bought this toilet today at Home Depot, not my first toilet installation. It was nice that all the hardware is included but what would have been better is if it was actually usable! The bolts to attach the tank to the bowl were too short to clear the bowl and get the nut and washer on it. About a half inch longer would have been great. After two hours trying to make yours work I ended up using my own bolts. Stupid error on Kohler's part.

Leaker
Would stay away from this product, unless you plan on replacing the roof below it. Factory flaw , leaked in 2 places from the bowl. Now have a very expensive bill coming up. Not impressed. Wonder if Kohler will do anything ?

3 issues that I have but otherwise I like it
One issue is that you can barely see the handle when the toilet lid is up. I think they should have put it a little further to the side. Another thing I don't care too much for is the toilet seat. It seems a little flimsy but I like that it closes softly. I might have to get a different and better one down the road. Another small detail is that I noticed some small dark marks on the tank lid. I know I was very careful when removing it from the box so not sure why it's like that.

Don't Buy Kohler - horrible Customer Support
The tank would not fit properly to the bowl. The bowl was not cut right so the tank would not mount properly and there were missing parts. I contacted Kohler directly. I was told that it was a miscast. My options were to put everything back in the box and return it to Home Depot for a replacement. While I was there I should take the new one out of the box to make sure it properly cast and all the parts were there. My other option was to have a new one shipped in 7-10 days by FedEx.

Tank doesn’t match the bowl.
We bought two toilets. Installed first one looks good. Second one must be from different firings because the parts don’t match. The tank and the seat are noticeably creamy colored compared to the bright white bowl and tank lid. Looks terrible. (It’s not shadow because I held the lid vertically next to the tank and it still didn’t match) My husband doesn’t want to remove it because it’s a lot of work. This is a first world problem. I’ll get over it. Check your toilet before installing.

First of Two
Purchased and installed same day. Installation was quick..about 45 min. No leaks....first time for everything. I was skeptical of how the tank attaches to the bowl but it all works fine. Adjusted fill about 1.5 turn increase. Came complete with all nuts and bolts necessary. Haven't had the need to actually use it but hope the flush is adequate.

Works as it should
My Finace broke our $500 ToTo Toilet so he picked this one! The one con is the handle is cheap that's why I gave 4 stars when the lid is up you can barely see the handle sticking out! It should have been put on the side Otherwise it works good! The lid is nice with the no slam like our old one! I wish it was about a 1/2 inch shorter because I am short! We didn't realize it had the canister flush system it makes a gargling sound when flushed! But works good so far we just installed 07/02/22

Poor Quality
I bought 4 of this toilet in 2021 from Home Depot. After 3 months, I found there is always cloudy water while flushing and leaving residues afterwards. Removing the tank cover I can see cloudy and black/grey water. This happens to all of them. Before changing to these toilets, there was no cloudy water problem and I have lived in the same house almost 7 years. I doubt it was from the parts inside the tank.
Recently one of the toilet failed to flush because the tube inside the tank connection to the lever is off and large amount water splashed out of the covered lid. I tried to hook it to the lever again but after one or two flush it was off again. I've spend over $1500 and hired plumber to install them just because my old toilets were too tall and I read the reviews that it was a great height and good quality. Now I'm stuck with a null functioning toilet and 3 toilets that flush cloudy water leaving residues. Very unpleasant experience. Hope someone could tell me where to get the null functioning one fixed. And know how of remove the black color from tank water.
The height fits my family well. That's the reason I rated one more star.

Just installed
This new Kohler toilet works fine so far. Just installed a 3 days ago.
I just noticed when cleaning the new toilet, that on both sides of the toilet there are openings by the bowl without covers. Wondering why that is designed that way? Were the covers missing from packaging? When I bought it online, I didn't see that on this model from the picture.
Can Kohler answer this question?

Great toilet!
Easy to install and works very well. Love how it flushes and no clogged toilet so far. Replaced an older toilet and we love the chair height of this toilet. Have had no issues and pleased with this purchase.

Kohler Highline Arc (Round) I used plastic shims
It came with a wax but I bought anoher to prevent any leakages even though the toilet was installed on the first floor. Also, I used fluidmaster setfast bolts to hold toilet. For the tank, I use a screwdriver down which made things much easier to bolt.

We purchased the Highline Arc style for a bathroom remodel....
We purchased the Highline Arc style for a bathroom remodel. We really like how it flushes so efficiently and have not had any clogging problems in over 9 months. The streamline design looks great in smaller spaces even with the elongated bowl and chair height. The soft close seat was a plus. We just put another one in our powder room. Wish I had bought a three pack to replac our third toilet and benefit from the savings. Good value at $179.

These things are beasts!
I bought 4 on a discount 8 months ago, and they were quite easy to install given that I'd never installed a toilet before. Since installation, I haven't had a single clog, while my old toilets, branded Proflo, clogged monthly. I've tested one with 25 feet of toilet paper, as shown in the GIF attached. These toilets stay really clean too, it's quite uncommon to see even small skids. Even when those DO appear though, they're gone within the next flush. I highly recommend these.

Simple, And Easy To Install
My wife and I did quite a bit of research for the highest rated for the best price, we finally decided on this one. It was much easier to install than we first thought, works great with good quality. We will be purchasing a second one for our quest bathroom. Oh, only one issue, didn't like the wax ring that came with it, so we purchased the new no wax ring and so far, so good. And one more thing, we are redecorating our entire home, so next will be the vanity and sinks.

Bowl Water Level To Low
I thought the water level was normal to be low with this toilet, until the flushes left behind streaks. Line bridging from fill valve to flush valve had kinked and restricted water flow. Removed line, cut off about 2 inches of line, bowl fills properly.
