Ordered Feb 19th. Was delivered to the store and has been sitting in the back waiting for processing for more than a week. Will cancel the order and buy from someone else. Terrible.

Complete Satisfaction
We bought this toilet on November 14,2022. We bought it based on our complete satisfaction of the same model toilet we purchased back in March of 2020. We love the comfort height feature, flushing effiiciency and reduced water consumption.

Had 2 very obvious defects: 2” long glazed-in scratch on...
Had 2 very obvious defects: 2” long glazed-in scratch on top of bowl, and 1/8” hole in front of the bowl just under the rim. How this passed inspection is beyond me! Oh, wait! I do know - it’s a case of hope the customer will miss the defects and keep! Max profit for Kohler and Home Depot, right!! Reordered the bowl. Waiting to see what the quality of the replacement will be.

Great color and design.
Bought this about a month ago. Love the water-saving technology and the height. The men in my house r all over 6’3”. I had this delivered 6 times by Fedex to get one NOT cracked. Absolutely ridiculous. Otherwise, it works well, looks great and adds character to our newly renovated bathroom. Get the black black, if u can. It’s fantastic.

Surprised
I replaced a 20 year old Kohler Wellworth (4237) round toilet with this chair height EB toilet. I was quite surprised at the water level in relationship to the seat. The older toilet the distance was 7 inches. The new toilet it's only 5 1/4". It will take some adjusting to keep parts of my anatomy from getting wet.

Works Great - Easy To Clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Important toilet qualities: does it flush everything one time & does it stay clean? Yes to both for this toilet. Both guest bathrooms have this bowl. No complaints or embarrassing issues from my guests. My contractor added a bead of caulk around the base for a clean look.

My only disappointment was that I was assured there was...
My only disappointment was that I was assured there was a wax ring that came with the stool. Upon getting it home & ready to install there was no wax ring which was cause for delay in installation and a unnecessary trip back to the store.
