Huge gouge!
This sink was significantly gouged coming out of the box - with NO shards inside so it had to have been packed this way at the factory. Awful! I don't have the luxury of returning it now because the install crew are here. Fortunately it can be an under-mount but that is now plan B. I had expected better from Kohler...

Beautiful Porcelain Sink
Love the sink. Very good quality. Arrived in one piece. Packed nice and safe. For a 24 inch sink it’s quite large. Worth the high price, I think. I could have gone cheaper but I would have gotten less quality.

Poor Quality
I brought the sink last year, not even a year, one of corner is already chipped off. I’m not a heavy duty user, I barely cook, so I was shocked about the quality. It’s not simple just to remove the sink and replace with a new one, plus risk of ruin the countertop. I would suggest to consider the quality before purchase this sink

Kohler Co. warrants the enameled cast iron component of kitchen, entertainment or utility sinks manufactured after April 29, 2008 to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Very nice sink
KOHLER has always been our first choice. This sink is perfect for a kitchen that has limited space,.. Deep enough to hold a sink of dishes. Perfect for washing everything!

Beautiful finish and the lower saddle makes all big pans easier to wash! We had ordered two of these sinks 4 weeks apart from our local plumbing supply and both came broken. We ordered the one we have from Home Depoy the night before it was delivered in perfect condition! Love iy

My new Koehler cast iron sink has large scratch
I can't believe this new sink scratched like it did. I contacted Koehler and they sent me touch up paint which I'm not a professional and afraid to use.
My 15 year old cast sink looked better than my new one.
I wished Koehler helped more.
So disappointed.

Beautiful sink
This sink is a beautiful centerpiece in my kitchen. It blends seamlessly with the style of my 1930's home. Everyone who has seen it has complimented it; for a sink, it gets a lot of notice! I love the low divider and the different sized basins, it's so functional and helpful in not wasting water. I'm so happy I went with this and not a stainless or granite sink. Thank you Kohler for offering an updated spin on a classic!

The only type of sink I ever want
We did a kitchen countertop upgrade. The previous gold/yellow sink was the same configuration with a smaller sink on one side (the left), larger sink on the right. I was extremely happy to discover that Kohler (still) makes this! I can use the smaller side to defrost/soak vacuum-packed fish, meats or to wash small items. Cookie sheets and over-large pans fit easily overlapping the larger sink because of the lowered sink divider. Deep pots and everything else wash up beautifully in the larger sink. I've had it for about a year. It gets used plenty and it still looks brand new. Nothing negative to say about it. Spendy, yes, but if you want a quality and user-friendly sink with zero regrets, this Kohler sink is the best!

Nice Looking but....
Every time I wash any metal object in the sink, it leaves a mark. I then have to use baking soda or something similar to clean the marks off. Too much trouble for me. I need a sink to be utilitarian not "pretty".

Hi JHM, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble cleaning metal marks from your Iron Tones cast iron sink. Pot marks originate from metal objects (most commonly aluminum cookware) striking the enameled surface. Pots, pans, and utensils may leave metal marks on a sinks surface because the thick layer of fire-polished enamel is harder than cookware. The pot marks look like scratches, but they do not penetrate the enameled surface. To clean, apply a small amount of Kohler Cast Iron Cleaner (https://bit.ly/3735nHK) to the marks.
