I am loving my kohler chair height toilet..not only is it beautiful but lots of compliments ..am a little disappointed with my toilet seat cover but very happy

A little pricey but it functions well and looks FANTASTIC. The AquaPiston Flush Technology seems to work better than older technology of the past. Will I be saying this a year from now? Time will tell. For now, I would recommend buying this product.

Yes! I love the style and I wanted a toilet that used less water.

Product came with issues with two of three toilets ordered. Flow valve in one is not functioning. The base in another is cracked into several pieces.

This is the most beautiful, solid constructed toilet. I love the square, level top on the tank and the square base with details layers. I have remodeled 2 bathroom and used in in both bathrooms. I will put it in all my bathrooms. Unfortunately on my third bathroom remodel project, my order took almost 6 weeks to arrive, it arrived in two different shipments divided between 3 weeks and the bowl arrived broken. I was completely disappointed. My remodel project was already underway so when the toilet arrived broken I did not have time to order and wait for a replacement, I had to instead choose and purchase lesser toilet off the shelf. I was very disappointed.

No, they delivered it to the store and it was broken and then they told me it was in and I came back and they only had one piece of it so I canceled the order. I was very disappointed with Customer Service.

I bought two of these units. One works well. One does not. The second has to have the operating unit in the tank replaced. Koehler is sending it along with reimbursement for labor. Is not a very strong flush so may need multiples. Worked better once installed after several flushes bowl filled higher so should be better. They were installed six days ago. The height is better than standard. The flat topped tank is convenient for tissue box. It’s nice looking and dresses up the room.

I returned everyone of these. Two of six came completely shattered. Then the delivery guy dropped a third box on our front porch while delivering.

Love the look unfortunately this toilet has not always refilled after a flush necessitating lifting the cover off of the top bowl and manually touching it to get it to fill

I always use Kohler plumbing fixtures, they are the best quality.

It doesn’t come with a toilet seat even though one is pictured. Should be more clear on that.

It’s a Koehler! I can’t speak on the technical stuff regarding how it flushes and time to refill etc., but I can say it does it job and that I haven’t had any problem's with materials getting stuck during flush. The reason I bought it was because of the design. It gives a nice upgraded look to the bathroom. The only con for me has been the price! So it a long time for me to pull the trigger on the purchase, but I’m glad I did.

I see in the description there is no seat included, but all the photos show a seat. A bit misleading. Nice toilet. Like buying a car without a steering wheel, kind of essential imo

Classic look and well built

I had it professionally installed yesterday. So far, so good. Nice height, flushes well, looks nice.

The Memoirs line fits perfectly in my home, love the style. It’s amazing how the additional few inches in the comfort height makes a huge difference with granny knees!
