Our family loves the faucet, elegant and robustly built. Just one caution during installation. When connecting hot/cold water hoses to Y-shaped Quick-Connect, be very careful not snapping them in too hard, otherwise, you can break the O-ring on the hose, which happened to me and others. Then water will leak out of the Quick-Connect. But Kholer's customer service is pretty nice, who sent me a new O-ring and Quick-Connect, though I don't need the latter one.

I have dual sinks in my masterbath,, and purchased two for my bathroom remodel. They look very luxurious and are well worth the money spent.

Straightforward installation of two of these by my husband. I wanted a classic, timeless look and these delivered. They feel upscale and look elegant in our freshly remodeled master bath.

I purchased this faucet in brushed nickel for a Kholer memoir pedestal sink in a new bathroom. My eye keeps focusing on the manufacturer defect of a crooked spout. The base of the spout is not centered on; it's further back on the left side which makes the spout appear twisted. If you don't have OCD and this won't bother you it'll work. I'm frustrated because I paid full price for a product I expected to made correctly. My contractor was finishing up the job so I had no time to wait and order a replacement. I am reminded of my frustration every time I look at it. You will need to purchase the hose for your hot and cold water as they are not included. I'm attempting to add photos.

I purchased the polished brass version of the faucet and I must say its absolutely incredible. The faucets look meticulously machined and arrived in perfect condition. We had a plumber install the faucets, so I cannot comment on the installation, but once they were in, they look great. The movement of the levers and feel of the product is top notch. The reviews really helped me pull the trigger and I wanted to contribute by writing a review and let any potential buyers know you can buy with confidence, you cannot go wrong with this faucet!

I selected the Devonshire faucet because it is part of a coordinated collection of lamps and other bathroom fixtures. Even given Kohler's reputation for high quality, they charge a premium for models in this series. I am very happy with the appearance of the faucet and the other fixtures, and I am hopeful that the quality will prove to be worth the price.

This faucet is incredibly beautiful and of high quality. I put the same faucet in my main bath in chrome, plus this one in my master bedroom/bath area.

Relatively easy, just read the directions, and watch the u- tube video on the widespread fawcett, this was the first of this kind we've installed, great quality, and Koehler upgraded with a valve assembly, makes it flawlessly super smooth & quiet , no washers to mess with , means no leaks and the valve stems will probably need replaced near the 4,000,000th turn of the handle. After we installed it, I had watched the video of the New valve assembly fawcett from Koehler , how innovative the design is, also you don't get any hard water deposits laying on valve stems.

The faucet looks very nice and is very appropriate for the black fixtures in the powder room. I am very happy with this faucet and my handyman installed the faucet in a reasonable time. Since ours is a pedestal sink, it did take some time to install the faucet, but the time spent was entirely within expectation.

This sink faucet is high quality, both in the style finish & fixture hardware. I especially like the extended length of the faucet spigot & the smooth mobility of the handles. We installed this faucet in our newly remodeled bath & are very happy with the proformance.

The product itself is of good quality and looks good. However, it arrived with a broken O-ring on one of the components, which was only discovered during installation. I had to pay an extra $70 for the plumber to go and get a replacement, which was hard to find. WHy doesn't the company provide a couple of extra components like that, which cost next to nothing but can really complicate installation and use?

The aerator was missing from the faucet. Took two visits to the Home Depot to get the missing part.

There is a T connection that leaked, water squirting. Had to call Kohler, and they sent a replacement T and hoses - Talked to them on a Monday 9am, and received parts for free on Wednesday afternoon. Everything is fine now. Love the faucet.

This product was an improvement over the existing fixture which was an older Devonshire faucet. That faucet had a failed cartridge which was fused into the valve, which is a common issue with Koehler valves. Being unable to remove the cartridge without destroying the valve, I bought a new faucet. The new faucet used set screws to tighten the valve from below the counter into a secure position. Note, though, that the eccentric washer used under the sink might need more clearance from the back wall to fit. I had to grind out 1/2” of the back wall to allow room. All in all, an easy installation.

It's very sturdy and exactly the right size so that it doesn't look too little for the vanity. It works extremely well!

This faucet is great. It’s far superior than my previous faucet. It feels solid and looks great.

The faucets are beautiful. The Plummer said The faucets are beautiful. The plumber said the wrong size of washer was provided with them so they leaked when first installed. He bought the right size of washer, installed it and they no longer leaked.

The Devonshire faucets go great with my Kohler pedestal sink.
