Good quality seat that is easy to install but color is not a good match. Seat is much darker than my toilet.

I have 3 exact toilets and one of the seats cracked in under 2 years. Looked up the model online and ordered the mfg recommended seat model It does not fit My older seat with the same model number was a little longer / wider and covered the edges Looks like something changed and not for the better.

I bought 3 new Kohler toilets and thought I could use old seats. Wrong! I upgraded to new seat and made a huge difference. Soft close feature and overall quality made small cost worth it.

I chose this toilet seat because the cover completely conceals the seat underneath and gives a really sleek appearance. It looks great in person and the soft close feature works very well. However, this toilet seat can be great or not depending on the toilet. I recently renovated two bathrooms and installed one Kingston toilet and one Cimarron toilet. On the Kingston toilet, the seat fits perfectly. The outside cover is almost exactly the same size & shape as the toilet bowl. I can lift up the lid without touching the toilet bowl, legs do not touch the toilet bowl rim when sitting, and the seat does not move on the bowl even if position is shifted while sitting. This seat feels comfortable & sturdy on this toilet. On the Cimarron toilet, which I believe is a much more popular model, this seat is slightly smaller than the bowl, especially the width. Also, the rim of this toilet bowl is narrower than the Kingston so the seat has less rim to sit on. This leads to hand touching bowl when lifting the lid, legs touching the toilet bowl rim when sitting, and the seat moving when you shift position while sitting. One problem I had with both seats is the large sticker on top of the lid when you first get it. I had the hardest time getting the stickers off and they left huge blotches of adhesive even after I got the paper part off. I tried vinegar, rubbing alcohol, & nail polish remover but finally had to buy & use goo removing product to get everything off which did the trick. So, I like the toilet seat itself but be aware that it may not fit well on all toilets.

Make sure you measure the width as this was too narrow for our toilet. Looked stupid with the edge of the bowl showing.

I absolutely enjoy the seat and cover close so quietly! I definitely applaud Kohler with that. However, there are two issues that I do not enjoy about this seat. 1. The cover scratches way too easy. I can’t even take a rag against it without it showing swirl marks, smears, or anything. 2. The seat wasn’t quite sized accordingly for the 360 continuous clean toilet. The cushions are smashed in on the outer side, thus meaning it doesn’t utilize the entire cushion to sit properly. I would consider this product if Kohler did something to prevent it from looking like it’s been used for years when this seat was installed about 3 weeks ago.

The seat didn’t quite reach forward to cover the toilet rim like my old original Koehler seat did for 30 years. The store person said you can slightly adjust it by pulling it forward before tightening the screws which I did but it still isn’t a clean fit. Weird. I replaced another toilet lid about a year ago and it fit perfectly, I’m just gonna have to live with that I guess otherwise it’s fine

Easy to install but pricey.

Replacement of a similar nine year old seat which had cracked. Would not think of purchasing an ordinary seat ever again.

Love this seat. No slamming as well as being able to remove it to clean. Love this feature. This replaces a previous seat that developed a crack. My mistake was ordering the wrong one the first time. Couldn't remove to clean. Couldn't send back as I had opened it so it's in a closet.

Works exactly as advertised. Had to replace all the toilet seats in the house because once you experience a soft close seat, you’ll slam the other ones because you forget they aren’t soft close! The plastic is far more comfortable than the wooden ones.

Do not buy this seat. IT FELL APART with hardly no use. I purchased for a guest bathroom so it is seldom used. Pure cheap plastic seat and vocer both broke.

Great Toilet Seat!!! Made well, great hinges, sturdy seat, auto closes....fits the Kohler Highline perfectly! Thunder Gray I purchased sight-unseen.... Not a traditional dark gray, but a little more dark brown than I would've liked, but I am getting used to it. Kohler makes the best products! That name has been in our family for 100 years after many generations! It's a name you can trust!
