This bar came with wall anchors that did not hold and the bar wiggled after the first time we took a towel off it! I had to spackle the wall and went with a leaning ladder instead! The store refused to take back the bar because after installing it, the box was thrown away. I even had the receipt! Very disappointing. I took it to another Home Depot and the employee said that he was aware of this happening to someone else and refunded me.

I liked this towel bar because of its simplicity and durability. It was very easy to install. It was a very good purchase choice.

Provided templates helped make the install relatively straightforward. One surprise with the assembly was that the bar comes as two pieces that must be fit together but this means they are still able to move independently of one another.
