This sink is a joke! It's worse than plastic. Scratches from day one. I've used their recommended product for cleaning and it still looks filmy. It is far from scratch resistant. I can't find warranty information. I'd like to return for money back.

We have had this sink for about 6 months. The reviews made me skeptical purchasing this sink because so many people said it scratched easily and leaves visible water marks. My experience is the complete opposite. I just polished it with the included polishing cream and it looks brand new. We did buy the bottom metal inserts to protect the sink. This sink drains well and we never have water spots or any issues it always looks clean after a quick rinse down and dries fast.

Gorgeous sink, but within a week we noticed it was looked scratched by normal use and dish washing. We continued to be careful, but the scratches look worse. Highly dissappointed as we spent 6k on new countertops and installed with this with this sink. I would not purchase.

Beautiful sink and we love the color!

Install was simple and looks amazing we have not used it much yet but first impressions of it are all positive!

Beware of the knockout location stickers, mine were off by at least 1/2” on 1 sink. I’ve installed 2 of these sinks so far, they’re a great bang for the buck. Not quite the quality of a Blanco though, feel almost like a solid ABS plastic.

This sink was perfect. The thing I like best is that after every time I use it I wipe it out and it looks new. The black doesnt fade or scratch

DO NOT BUY. We’ve had this sink for a total of 6 months. I have cleaned and maintained it with the Kohler Neoroc cleaner as suggested. I also have babied this sink by wiping it dry after each use. It was beautiful for about the first 3 months. Now, even with the same care, it has these awful looking water spots that turn my sink gray. Sure, using the cleaner makes it black for all of 5 minutes. Then once you use the sink again, it’s back to water spotting. Not to mention it is not scratch resistant. I had the basin rack (as suggested by them) and still had silverware that would like thru and cause scratches. Also, taking the basin out to wipe the sink dry gets super old... super quick. This is truly disappointing given the cost of this sink as well as having maintained it according to Kohler standards. If I could get my money back, I absolutely would. Save yourself the trouble.

This was easy to install and the knockouts for the faucet were a little confusing. It didn't look like they had been done until I saw that I had to do it from the bottom of the sink and then it was pretty easy after that point.

We upgraded from an all white cast iron sink that wasn't modern like the rest of the house. It was very old with a very old disposal so we decided to change out everything, which was the best decision we've made for the kitchen! This matte black is so modern and matches the rest of the house! The sink was deeper than i expected but allows for bigger items to fit and be cleaned much easier. The only con is the matte black holds water that has dried and is easily seen, but easily taken away by simply wiping with a wet rag less than a minute and it's good. The install was super simple by dropping down into my other sized sink hole already there. I put some sealant on the countertop before installing to ensure it staying in place then I also sealed it after installing to make sure no water can get underneath. You can see it in the picture, just wow! I recommend this sink. Great price, great product, easy install, and doesn't weigh a ton either. Scratch resistant and pretty hard to get a scratch that's noticeable and will leave you getting compliments.

The sink is gorgeous! I love the way it cleans up. It is highly durable and looks much more high end than I paid ! I love love love the beautiful black richness of the sink. I also recommend the Kohler matte black strainers. High quality all the way around !

I love this sink. Bought it to install during a kitchen remodel. And i love how perfect it is. Its sturdy. It is deep enough to wash out your big pots and pans. Even a roaster. I always struggled with the double sinks and fitting big itema in. Now i dont have to. Ive been using now for about 3 weeks. And hasnt scratched or chipped or anything. Seems pretry durable. I also whipe it out after use to get all water out of it. So i dont get water spots.

Once installed I was very pleased with the sink. Looks amazing and take makes the kitchen pop. The day after the install rinsing dishes to put into the dishwasher (not actually scrubing) they're 3 scratches. I barley used it. Why buy this beautiful sink when it scratches so easily. I ordered the rack for it the day I bought the sink and it didn't even hold up until it got in. Very disappointed especially with the name brand. Not worth the money.

Looks so beautiful. Ive had it for a year now, no scratches! We are constantly cooking and doing dishes. I really don’t understand how people scratched theirs. Mine has been, durable, reliable and sturdy. My only wish would be a cleaner that polishes the sink. Currently I use Armor All.

I've had this sink for about 8 months. It really looked great when I first put it in. Such a simple change made the entire kitchen look refreshed. Unfortunately, the Neoroc finish is scratching and looking abused. We don't use it for anything other than washing dishes so I would have expected for it to last longer. We had the last sink for 20 years. As it stands, I will probably have to buy another sink within a year or two. It is frustrating since I purposely bought the Kohler brand because of their reputation. I'm not sure if it is a cheaper version that is only available at Home Depot but this is not worth the money.

I was SO excited to purchase this sink and was SO disappointed! We purchased bottom protectors AND a Kohler kitchen cleaner (see pictures). We made sure we bought something with a great reputation such as Kohler and so disappointed it didn’t hold up to its name. We are so careful placing dishes into the sink and can’t believe the damage that even caused to the sides. Not sure what we are going to do as we spent good money on this sink but need something that is going to hold up and not look like it has been used poorly over years, it is 2 months old and scratches happened day 1.

It was an easy install! We replaced an old stainless steel double sink. We are really happy with this item!

Beautiful the day it was installed, but after only 66 days of use, the bottom of the sink is marred and scratched badly. This sink was not abused and only used buy my wife and I, no children, no guest. If this sink is not defective, my wife and I suggest that you look for a more durable alternative. All in all, a huge disappointment.

Was looking for single bowl sink and this fits the bill. Love the look and it's really improved clean up time in the kitchen.

This is an amazing looking sink and installation was fairly easy. Old sink pulled out, this one fit right in. Used clear caulk under the counter area and plumber's putty for the drain/baskets. We did not punch out any of the other holes, just used one by slightly modifying our old faucet. We installed a new Moen garbage disposal with it and used a complete kit of pipe fittings for a double sink - all of this was purchased at Home Depot. The sink is very deep compared to our old one but we are loving it. There is still plenty of room in the cabinets below for all of our cleaning supplies as well as our recycling bin. Would definetely recommend this sink!!

Looks amazing and good quality

Was hesitant about this sink after some reviews but we really wanted a black sink. We have been using it for a month now and absolutely love it. No problems with chipping, scratching or staining. We haven’t used any oil and I put it through some work putting in backsplash with the grout and sand. The size and depth is great.
