There is a screen between the spray head and hose that may have debris or sediment from the installation, I would recommend cleaning this screen to help improve the flow. Hi b_cummings, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I am very sorry to hear your Mistos kitchen faucet's water flow and swivel are troublesome. If you are experiencing an issue when using the spray, we first suggest rubbing the MasterClean rubber nozzles by hand (while the water is running) to dislodge any debris within the rubber membrane. The center section of the sprayhead can be cleaned at the same time, using a long bristled brush. Next, we recommend removing the sprayhead. You can soak/clean the sprayhead with a white vinegar and water solution (50%/50%). You can then reassemble the head to the hose.
