install went OK, works great. Just a little confusion over which of the two supplied water hoses goes where. There is one with a white pvc type coating and a stainless braided one. The photos make you think the white one connects from the Water Tee to the seat when it is in fact the braided stainless. The white one was not needed. Other than that it went fine. The instructions could be a little more descriptive too. They were rather brief. But otherwise not a problem.

My family loves this thing! Toilet paper now seems barbaric. I am a full time RVer. This has had the pleasant side effect of eliminating toilet paper clogs in the tank. You should install it on it's own dedicated circuit, as the power draw during use is considerable. It doesn't use much water, but it gets you really clean! Use a little soap and you can put off that shower. It has a nice warm seat, nice warm water. For the RVer: It works really great on the Dometic 320 series with the elongated bowl, which I got a better price on at etrailer. Combining these two products have changed my RVlife!

This dis NOT come with the correct size hose to fit the T valve Sent. very disappointing that we had to buy another after paying $260 for this. Seems to work well although I do agree with others that the dryer is disappointing. should have a low/ med/high along with the rest. I kinda gave up on that. May end up looking for another model with that option, not sure. If the dryer had even 2 power modes it would be a 5 star

Great product! Matches the quality of a Toto brand washlet for almost half the price. Installation was a bit tricky (for me anyways) during the first step of installing the mounting bracket, but other than that it was a smooth and quick installation with no leaks! I also like how the t-valve is rubber and not steel, so it prevents cross-threading.

Installed easily 2 days ago. Two features of this seat are not doable for my mother, who is 96. First there is always a splash of cold water before the heated water arrives. Surprise! Worse, when the OFF button was not pressed correctly and the user stood up, water soaked the user from the waist down (See photo). Big surprise! It sprayed about 4 seconds before spraying water stopped. At 96, not pressing the OFF button correctly, could easily be a daily occurrence. I had a Smart Bidet previously and as soon as contact with the seat was broken, the water stopped spraying. An extra star was added for the great KOHLER return policy. Otherwise this seat is a 1.

The only electric bidet that would fit the RV toilet, with no clearance at the rear. I had to adapt the water line to the PEC plastic tubing with a 1/2” pipe thread PEC “ T “ and add a 120v. It works great.

Easy to install. Works as described. Great price. Want a bidet but don't want to spend a lot? The Kohler Novita is a great choice. Has all the bells and whistles; heated seat, choice of 3 water pressures, choice of 3 water temps, and a dryer. Controls are attached to seat so you can't misplace them. Have had this one for 2 months. So glad I bought it!!!

Easy to install, all the materials you need. I used videos on YouTube since the included instructions weren't made for a novice. Water warms up quickly. Quick release for ready cleaning. It does reduce the circumference of your bowl, since the electric components sit on the back of the seat. Not enough to make a difference for me (female/5'10"/170lbs) , brother wasn't as comfortable (5'9"/215lbs)

Fantastic product! Simple to install, easy to operate. Works great and has almost completely done away with our need for TP. Simply the best I could have hoped for.

We've only had our seat installed for 2 days before the heating element went cold. I was hopeful that this seat would provide our family with years of use, however, it was quite disappointing when the hot water was lost midstream. Everything else works wonderfully. Delivered on Friday, installed on Saturday, and cold shower by Monday...meh. Hopefully, I will be contacted for a replacement since online returns are nearly impossible.

This is our first bidet and think it's awesome It does what it says it does Love the heated seat, water and the oscillating feature The water pressure is perfect I started on high and had to turn it down a notch it felt like a pressure washer lol After I was done I used the heated air dryer If you have an extra 5 minutes to sit there to dry it works just fine I used 2 little pieces of toilet paper and came out clean what more do you want lol

This is the best thing to have in your bath room. The installation was not difficult but required additional GFCI outlet and wiring. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. You feel very clean as after taking shower and can use a towel to dry yourself. The air dry isn't effective. In general i'm very satisfied and definitely recommend it.

Pretty basic operation. Easy to install if you have a GFCI near your toilet. Other wise it's a bit more involved putting the outlet in.

I’m remodeling my master bathroom and have always wanted a bidet with heated water. (I had a bidet attachment that hooked into the supply line, but the water was cold in the wintertime!) When this came up as a Special Buy of the Day, I took a chance and ordered it. It looks really nice and classy, and has a lot of great features. I had some install issues due to the rounded tank on my toilet, but ended up purchasing a new toilet that it fit better on. (With the savings I got on the bidet, it was cheaper to get a new toilet than order a different model bidet!) I really like the heated seat and water, plus the different flow options. It makes my bathroom seem so upscale now! Yes, there is a slight drip of water from the nozzle when you sit on the seat, but I’m not bothered by it. I am a petite person, so the size works great for me. Given the features and price, this was a great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed with the features of this electric bidet seat by Novita. The seat has a sensor and it goes warm depending on your preference as to warm, warmer and warmest. I like that I can set the pressure and temperature of the water and move the nozzle forward and backward. The coolest feature that it has is the built-in dryer! It’s all I needed! At first, my husband was hesitant to install it but eventually decided to do it. He just bought an extra water to toilet cable. Everything works great except that the attached cable wire of the bidet seat is short so that we need to find an extension outlet inside the restroom! If the cable is longer then it would have been perfect. I got the elongated one which is perfect on our toilet. It looks long though but it’s close to perfect upon installation on our Bemis toilet bowl. You can also set it to Normal or Super “eco Power Saving” which is really great! I just hope this would last long though. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had cheaper bidets in the past and the Novita BN-330 by far exceeds my older bidet! It is very easy to install. It took me only 20 minutes to install this bidet. It has some awesome features. I love how the nozzle is oscillates, which helps clean better. I also love that the water is heated! I will never go back to a only cold water bidet after using this bidet. I also love that it has a separate nozzle for females, which helps a lot. The side panel is very nice looking and is very user friendly. Overall, I am very happy with this bidet and love all the features!

It’s driving me bonkers, so I’m going to attempt a return even though I really want a bidet seat. I’m struggling to accept the automatic behavior that every single time I sit on the seat, it powers up and also send a trickle of water through the sprayer. I don’t like the noise. I don’t like the water usage. And it’s actually getting me wet when I don’t desire that function. I want a seat that will go through that cycle only when I need to use the bidet function, not every single time I sit (and again if I stand and then sit again). This appears to be regular behavior, though I cannot find any description of this in any of the materials. So I’m largely returning out of frustration.

First time owner of a diver and it’s different, may I say. But we do like it and it is hard getting use to. We only have had it for a week now, but we got it for surgery reasons, will let you know at a further date.
