Great sinks and good service from Home Depot
Both sinks are beautiful and small enough to fit our vanity areas. They were both delivered to our home and carefully packed to avoid any damage. Delivered in a timely manner.

The box said that it was a "Verticyl" model but...
The box said that it was a "Verticyl" model but was some other model. Cost us a countertop since the contractor had cut the opening for the wrong sink!

Dirt Pooling Sink
As another reviewer noted, while an attractive design, it is not practical. The dirt, hair, or whatever tends to pool and stick around the edges because the sink bottom is flat. If you have the luxury of a regular housekeeper, you can rest assured that you will be getting your money's worth--out of the housekeeper. My five year old grandson (or anyone) can wash his/their hands once, and the sink is now dirty and needs to be cleaned. It is high maintenance for cleaning.

Check before installing!
My sink's drain was not pointing directly downward, but instead was slightly angled. This created a challenge for the plumber, who managed to get the drain pipe in so the problem isn't obvious and it doesn't leak, BUT, it does not hold water when plugged.
I would have returned it except that it was already cemented to my granite countertop by the stone fabricator. I've decided to live with it.
So be sure to check your sink thoroughly before installing!
It's a beautiful sink, otherwise.

Looks great. Be aware the drain is in the middle requiring a 10 inch connection for the pop up faucet. If you get a Delta faucet they will send you the 10 inch rod, just call.

I bought this sink about two years ago. After about seven months of installing it, it lost its shine and started to look dull. I clean it, and it still looks old and dull. My forty-year sink looked better than this one before I had it removed. I am very disappointed in the product.

Saw2019. this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I am sorry to hear your Verticyl sink looks dull. When a sink becomes difficult to clean and seems to "absorb" stains upon use, this can be indicative of the finish which has already been compromised due to harsh cleaners (such as bleach). When a cleaner wears down on the finish enough, it becomes dull and more porous. If this is the case, it is irreversible. We recommend using the Kohler Cast Iron cleaner to clean your sink (https://bit.ly/3mHRUNx). Nice sinks, only problem the variation in size of a 1/4 inch with the 2 sinks we got that were made the same day according to the stamp on them, did cause me to have to order 3 more to get a matching one for the installation

Great sink, but I returned because it was too big...
Great sink, but I returned because it was too big for our cabinets. I ordered the sinks before the cabinets were delivered and installed, so I didn't know they wouldn't fit before ordering. The sinks seemed to be great.

Great Product, Distributors Suck
Distributor shipped my 4 bathroom sinks in unprotected box and 2 came smashed to bits. Strung us along on getting a heated tub for 2 months. Finally called KOHLER "Direct" and finally got the answers I need. Were able to tell me what "White and models" were available due to materials shortages. Did not get the one I wanted but at least got a bath tub and sinks. Really appreciate KOHLER's Customer Service. Can not say the same for most of the Distributors, They just seem to want to take and order and lye about delivery. Thanks you KOHLER

Beautiful sinks
I bought these two sinks about a month ago and had them installed in our bathroom remodel. The sinks are beautiful. I was concerned that because they are dark that they would look spotted after use, but not so they rinse off and dry to a sparkling shine. I love these sinks and they are stunning against my white countertop.
