Unfortunately the Kohler Pressure Lite Toilet Bowl will not work with the current tanks I have. In conversation with Kohler, they recommended that I return the Pressure Lite Toilet Bowl and reorder a different type. The Pressure Lite Bowl requires a special tank the uses air to facilitate the flush. I shall be returning that Pressure Lite Bowl shortly.

I replaced it and it didn't flush at all. I called a plumber to check it and he said Kohler is the worst. I wish I knew this ahead. I spend more money on the plumber than this piece of junk.

Rajesh, my name is Jessica with Kohler Customer Service. I am sorry to hear of the poor flush that you are experiencing. I would like to further assist; please verify that the supply stop is open all of the way, that the plunger arm is activating or attempting to activate the actuator when the trip lever is pushed, is the gap between the actuator and the plunger arm approximately 1/16"-1/8? Please contact our Customer Service team at KohlerCustServ@kohler.com if you need further assistance of any kind. We look forward to hearing from you! -Jessica P. KOHLER Customer Service.
