This item is built well and looks very sharp now that it is installed. It does wobble a bit if a lot of pressure is applied but it doesn't bend. I was happy with the product.

Looks and performs as advertised!

The roller is not round therefore the toilet paper roll does not smoothly rotate . It’s like driving a car on square wheels!

Love the style. Be sure to drill the two holes level when installing. Not much wiggle room for leveling. Toilet paper falls off fairly easily when bumped so takes some getting used to.

This toilet paper holder is terrible. The toilet paper flies off the dispenser, when in use.

Sleek modern look and excellent quality

Looks nice, the materials are very good. BUT, at the end of the paper holder there is a short bend that is supposed to hold the paper from slipping off the end. Well, that too-short retension piece does not stop the paper from constantly falling off. I would buy something else.

Do not believe the 5 star reviews, these are people that have probably had this product a matter of weeks. I have had these for 4 years and as time passes the arms that hold the towel droop since it is only achored on 1 side. Kraus should be embarrased by this product. I have had to tighten and straighten the arm so many times it is ridiculous.

Were very easy to assemble and look awesome

This is a clean looking, elegant tissue holder that was easy to install. Nicely made, no problems so far.

Very nice quality but couldn’t use it attached to vanity -wood panel not thick enough to secure size screws needed without having stuck out inside the cabinet

Looks nice, made well But everytime you pull the paper the roll falls off; regardless if 'over' or 'under' rolling.

I would have given it 5 stars if it didn’t have the company name printed in WHITE on it.
