Handle shaft broke off at threads in just 3 years
We were generally pleased with the Faucet until the handle shaft broke off. Considering the price paid for this Faucet it seems quite unreasonable that this should break within such a short period of time.

Kraus Oletto Mateo Kitchen Faucet KPF-2620 Very poor finish
I am very disappointed with the finish on this faucet. It was installed professionally in 2016 directly to the solid surface countertop without the deckplate! I never let water pool around the base and am diligent and gently careful to keep my countertops clean and dry but... the fine 'plastic' finish on the stainless steel around the base of the faucet has begun to peel off! The rest of the faucet looks like the day I took it out of the box. We are in the process of building another home and I fear I have ordered almost the same faucet again under the name, Oletto! I hope it is more durable!

Handle just snapped off
We purchased this faucet about 3 months ago. We love it until the handle just snapped off. We did not abuse it in anyway. That is my only complaint. I also can’t find anywhere about parts.

Easy to install and looks great
I had to remove my old MOEN and replaced it with this one.
The MOEN was a huge pain to remove as the bolt that holds it is underneath the kitchen top.
This one was a breeze with just 2 screws that are tightened from the top.
It looks fantastic as well and the finish is superb
